Pros: La propreté, le calme et l'accueil par une personne.

Cons: L'absence de climatisation, de machine à café, de draps de dessus et de TV. Le matelas qui est très mou.

Très bon emplacement pour quartier vieille ville de nice

Pros: Très bonne literie, grand lit + oreillers très confortables. Nous avons apprécié le ventilo même si cela n'était pas suffisant par cette période de forte chaleur. Accès direct à un quartier populaire de nice (pleins de restaurants).

Cons: Manque un drap plat (Nous avons eu qu'un drap housse+dessus de lit). On s'en est passé car il faisait très chaud. Un tapis de sortie de douche serait un plus appréciable.
