Pros: Our stay at the Architect Loft Luxury 4 Bedrooms View Place du Pin was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by its stunning design, high-end finishes, and spacious layout. The modern and elegant decor makes it truly special. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Nice, with breathtaking views over Place du Pin. We loved being steps away from vibrant cafés and restaurants while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet stay. Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully designed with plush bedding, perfect for families or groups. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, though we couldn’t resist the fantastic dining options nearby. The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience. Every detail, from high-speed Wi-Fi to luxurious amenities, made it a 5-star stay. If you're looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Nice, this apartment is a must-book. We can't wait to return!

Modern, spacious, well-equipped apartment on the edge of Nice's old town

Pros: We spent a few amazing days with colleagues in the apartment which is very modern, spacious and has a superb location, just on the edge of Nice's old town. Everything was clean and modern, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

Cons: Window blinds would be nice – the curtains keep out most of the morning sunlight, but not all. Also, it is probably not something that the operators of this flat can do something about but the staircase is quite run-down.
