Pros: The apartment exceeded our expectations: impeccably clean, with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The location was ideal, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The floor creaked quite a bit, but that didn’t stop us from having an amazing time.

Great location and lovely flat for friends on a weekend break.

Pros: Nice big flat. Two bathrooms - ideal for friends sharing. Central location - close for shopping and nightlife. Supermarket at the end of the road and great bakery across the street.

Cons: The accoustics were terrible - lack of doors and rugs in the floor. A downstairs neighbour complained about the noise, even tho we were out most of the day, and in bed by 11!

Pros: Property was great and served my family well. Spacious and the aircon helped as the temperature was hot outside. Clean and had everything needed for a big family. Location was great, central to Jean Medicine and Nice Ville train station. Local supermarket at either end of the road which was helpful.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location is absolutely perfect – close to all major attractions and with easy access to public transport. The building itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and a charming atmosphere. The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. The amenities were top-notch, and everything I needed was readily available. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay in a prime location!

Perfect flat for a family gathering for the weekend

Pros: Easy to collect the keys followed well written instructions. Beautiful apartment well appointed. Lovely area nice stair / entrance .

Cons: Could have had another couch for a party of 8 in the living area . Also the door to main bathroom stuck and we couldn’t find it for a day 🤣 but then we found it .

Pros: - Location - Ease of checking in and out - Sleeps big groups - Comfortable - Modern - Facilities (washing machine, dishwasher etc) - Lucas!

Pros: The apartment is very good! Cozy, clean, with all necessary. The price is good regarding the size of apartments. The location is the best! Close to railway station. Close to the beach line, close to the center.

Carefree, high-quality holidays

Pros: The flat is as described spacious, comfortable, very clean, cosy, well located, well heated on chilly evenings. The host Lucas does his best to give you a pleasant stay. The flat is in a nice neighbourhood near a big supermakt Monoprix where you can find everything. You can reach the station, le vieux Nice, the Promenade and the shopping street in just a few minutes. The weather is very pleasant even in November.

It was a lovely property. I have not rated it as excellent because of the issues with AC. Other than the AC issue this p

Pros: Lovely kitchen with all the utensils. Spacious and clean. Location is great.

Cons: The AC’s in the room were not working properly so had to use the fan in some rooms.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, pratique pour visiter Nice. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Les consignes pour récupérer les clefs et les modalités d'arrivée et de départ sont très claires.
