Luxury Flat Beachfront Nice

Very nice holiday

Pros: Very clean and modern apartment on the beach promenade. Nice balcony with excellent views. Well-equipped. Location just next to tram stop for airport and city center. Grocery store just around the corner.

Cons: Not the easiest building and flat to understand the logic of using the elevator and locking system but it’s not the first time in France to get a little confused with those issues. Some curtains in the flat would be nice since there is a lot of lighting outside on the promenade in the night time.

We've had a wonderful week in Nice and the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Thank you.

Pros: Perfect location opposite the beach but not too busy. Good communication with the host and arrangement of key collection after hours due to a late flight. Very good facilities and beautifully decorated.

Cons: Bigger pillows would have been nice 😃.

Perfect stay in Nice!

Pros: Stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed with every detail and guest need in mind. We especially loved the open layout of the apartment — the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the essentials. The sea view was a highlight, offering stunning sunsets each evening. Communication with David was quick and smooth, and he provided clear instructions for everything. The large terrace was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine. Highly recommended!

Nice Beachfront

Pros: We loved the spaciousness of the apartment which was very conveniently located.

Fantastic stay, great location with easy access to the centre of Nice. Apartment was extremely well catered for.

Pros: Beautifully decorated and designed. Loved the unique modern features, the view, the space, the location, the convenience. Extremely well equipped.

Cons: Would love more pillows. A more comfortable mattress or mattress topper on the beds.

Luxurious and memorable 😄

Pros: Superb Location right in the heart of Promenade De Anglais . Exactly same as shown in the pictures . Private lift access . Super spacious Living room and the attached terrace . Massive bathroom with the Bathtub . Fantastic kitchen cabinet . 2 decent size Bedrooms . Everything is walkable from this property ( restaurants , cafe, convinience store is right behind the building , bus station right below and tram station right behind the building, nice old town ) Very responsive and helpful Host .

Cons: Nothing at all . Everything was perfect .

Pros: Although the location is a little far from old city, but still good. Can reach to city 10 min by car. And there are many mart and restaurant around residence. Newry renovated, it is very clean.

Cons: A little bit far from city center. Lift is small, but it is enough to take four people.

Pros: We really enjoyed the view. We missed a few items in the kitchn, but the staff came and delivered it as soon as we asked.

Cons: The beds were a bit hard.

Pros: Widoki z balkonu na przepiękne Lazurowe wybrzeże ,komunikacja miejska pod samym budynkiem , w mieszkaniu wszelkie udogodnienia ,bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem panem Dawidem ,wszystko załatwione sprawnie i szybko. Pobyt bardzo udany ,napewno jeszcze wrócimy.

Cons: Wyrzucanie śmieci wymaga zjazdu do garażu i korzystania z dwóch wind Poziom hałasu wysoki z uwagi na ruch uliczny przy Promenadę Des Anglais Trochę twarde materace
