Appartement Nice Magnan

convenient! 10/10 recommended!

Pros: Very nice host (speaks only french but we used phone translator - which worked well). the host quickly answers text and helps. location is about 5-10 min from the beach:) Aldi (grocery store), pizza restaurant and many more are just 2 min from the apartment. so so convenient! Just be careful with the door. the black thing is an alarm. once it started ringing loudly when we tried to go outside (cuz i touched the red button?). we didn’t quiet understand how to turn off the alarm at first and it was super loud!! (just dont touch it)The alarm is just for safety incase someone tries to break in (didn’t happen lol) or something so the neighbours knows. (nothing to do with the rating of the place but just letting you know because we didn’t get an explanation for that alarm). 10/10 recommended!

Everything was perfect, the host's attention included.

Pros: We liked everything. Quiet and clean place; very good infrastructure of the neighbourhood; enough room for two; big and cool balcony; well equipped little kitchen; nice, caring and helpful host (Christophe). The flat is close to a beach and to the center. Very good transport.

Cons: Recommendation: You should ask about the hot water system in advance. It's ok, but one should be informed.

Pros: 5 giorni a Nizza… e non saprei da dove iniziare! L’appartamento in buonissime condizioni e al suo interno c’era tutto ciò di cui necessitavamo: dalla Smart tv al phon, lavatrice, frigo, freezer, microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè, dal detersivo fino al sapone in bagno. Tutto! Per non parlare del terrazzino carinissimo dove facevamo le nostre colazioni! Posizione un po’ lontana da Nizza città ma raggiungibile in pochissimo! Sia con tram che con bici elettriche ovunque! Mare a 10 minuti a piedi, a 4 fermate del tram dall’aeroporto. Soggiorno ideale per chi desidera viversi la città a pieno, preferendo muoversi a piedi o con bici o con mezzi pubblici che funzionano benissimo! Angéle e Cristophe i proprietari disponibilissimi, ci hanno anche consigliato dove mangiare un buon Pain au chocolat: Boulangerie Frédéric Roy, approvatissimo 🤩😋 Tutto eccezionale davvero, Nizza nel 💓 Merci beaucoup!

Pros: Todo genial, ubicación, tamaño cómodo del apartamento. Un 10 en todo.

Cons: Nada

Ne-am simțit in siguranță și recomand cu încredere această unitate de cazare.

Pros: Este un apartament aproape de plaja si obiective turistice din Nisa.

Cons: Poate ar trebui să folosiți lenjeria de pat și prosoapele albe.

Accogliente, comoda e meravigliosa! 🤩

Pros: La casetta di Christophe è molto accogliente, presenta al suo interno tutto quello che può servire in una casa ed è tutto mantenuto in maniera perfetta. La casa si trova nel quartiere Magnan, un quartiere residenziale circondato da supermercati, pizzerie e buone boulangeries. É tutto a portata di mano e la Promenade des anglais é a 10’ a piedi così come la fermata della linea 2-3 che porta in tutti i punti della città, anche in aeroporto. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti e ringraziamo di nuovo Christophe per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nel portarci anche dei contenitori per il pranzo e tutta l’attrezzatura necessaria per il mare. Ritorneremo sicuramente a Nizza! Questa casetta è nel nostro cuore🥹❤️

Buena ubicacacion

Pros: Muy buena ubicación a 13 euros en Uber de la estación de trenes ideal para parejas Christopher nos atendió muy bien

Cons: Le falta una barra al baño

Point de chute idéal pour un court séjour car accessible de l'aéroport et de la gare en tram

Pros: Le calme de l'appartement grâce à sa situation reculée de la route, et l'emplacement à 10mn du tramway Magnan. L'accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui m'a ouvert l'appartement à 22h30.

Rien de plus à ajouter, si je reviens à Nice, j’y retournerais si c’est possible.

Pros: Absolument tout, bien équipé, très sécurisé vraiment tout confort !

Cons: Tout était top rien à redire
