Bien

Pros: I was there with my family on the 8th of August. The location was very easy. to locate and the apartment was super clean. I think for family everything that we need was there and the landlord was so nice. I recommend it.

Generally, it was a good apartment, we enjoyed staying there.

Pros: We arrived late evening, but it was easy to access the apartment thank to the keybox and the clear instructions.

Cons: The remote controls for the air conditioning did not work, or at least I could not use them. Luckily it was possible to switch on manually. The bedroom is quite small, the door cannot be opened fully because of the bed. The door of the shower cabin is the same. Of course, in France people got used to small spaces, especially in big cities.

Pros: The house is equipped with everything you need for a few days. All the equipments are new. The sofa bed and the bed are very comfortable. There is air conditioning too.

Cons: We liked everything.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this very nice, clean apartment. It's perfect for families traveling with children. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, with nothing missing! The large, comfortable kitchen is ideal for cooking delightful meals with a French flair. The small balcony adds a romantic touch, perfect for enjoying coffee and a croissant. The location is very convenient, with a fresh fruit and vegetable market, a supermarket, and a cinema nearby. It's easy to walk to the sea or take the tram. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. If I return, I would definitely choose to stay in this apartment again.

Perfect!

Pros: Apartamentul are o locație foarte bună, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie. Este curat, bine întreținut și dotat cu absolut tot ce ți-ai putea dori — de la stație și fier de călcat, până la espressor cu capsule, mașină de spălat haine și mașină de spălat vase. Canapeaua extensibilă este mare, se deschide ca un pat matrimonial și este foarte confortabilă. Spațiul este ceva mai îngust și relativ mic, dar suficient pentru un sejur de câteva zile. Există două băi — una cu duș și chiuvetă, iar cealaltă cu toaletă separată. Gazda este foarte receptivă la mesaje, prietenoasă și atentă la detalii. Per total, o experiență plăcută și un apartament în care te simți ca acasă!

Estancia inmejorable

Pros: La ubicación perfecta, cerca de la estación andando, hay un Carrefour a 1 minuto y Aldi e intermarché a 3 mins. Todo muy limpio, la cocina con todo lo necesario, la cama y el sofá cama muy cómodos, el internet con buena velocidad y el baño y vater en habitaciones separadas. El barrio con bastante gente y mucha vida, y se sentía seguro. Las ventanas aislaban muy bien el ruido.

Pros: Cleanliness; with more necessities than we could have expected.

Cons: The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, not a good idea to go home too late

Pros: Sehr nettes Appartment, alles vorhanden, sehr freundliche Besitzer! Zentrale Lage, Parkgarage gleich um die Ecke. Alles bestens!

Cons: Problem beim Besuch von Nizza mit Hund: Es gibt kaum Grünflächen.
