Centre de Nice : Studio rénové

Lovely stay, already planning to visit again.

Pros: Property was very comfortable, with good amenities. Julia was very accommodating allowing us in early and always reachable should we need to contact her.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. However the shower sprayed a lot of water over the tray and onto the floor. And drains got abit smelly after some use.

Pros: Even though its a small apartment, everything you need is there, it is very well equipped (kitchen and bathroom). The view is also nice from the window (you can even see the sea). The location is easily accessible with mass transportation (bus/tram). I also liked that the interior was modern.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. Because its a studio apartment you easily bump your head if you don't pay attention. The elevator is very small (although it was rather funny than bad).

Um local verdadeiramente legal, tranquilo e seguro.

Pros: Julia foi ótima e essencial para a nossa estadia perfeita! O apartamento é um charme, bem localizado, tranquilo e bem equipado. Já penso na próxima ida à Nice e pretendo me hospedar novamente com a Julia. O local é ótimo para 2 pessoas, não sei como faria caso fossem 3 hóspedes. O local tem máquina de lavar roupas e ferro de passar, nos ajudou muito. A anfitriã nos forneceu todas as informações necessárias e nos ajudou com o que precisávamos, ótimo lugar!

Cons: O elevador era minúsculo e não chegava ao último andar. Como só tínhamos uma mala de mão e uma mochila cada, não foi um problema, mas mais que isso talvez fique difícil.

Pros: Problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sauber. In einem schönen Haus aus der Jahrhundertwende zwar nicht nahe des Zentrum aber gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Gute, vielfältige Infrastruktur in direkter Nähe.
