Pros: Host was lovely, great location, good facilities, and good value for money

Pros: We loved location of the apartment and that we had everything that we could need in apartment. Be only aware if you are coming by a car like we did the apartment doesn’t have a parking spot. There is a in neighborhood a Parking place and it’s costing 24e per day.

Cons: The door from the balcony couldn’t be closed, there was not a knob. No summer sheets for a covering.

Pros: The room is large and comfortable and the host is very nice

Pros: Everything was good, the instructions from host, to get to the apartment, the place and everything in it. Was really happy about the bathtub, good water pressure and all the facilities at the kitchen. Really worth the money!

Un séjour à Nice réussi auquel Elisabeth et son logement ont contribué.

Pros: Nous avons d'abord apprécié les contacts avec Elisabeth qui nous a facilité notre premier jour en nous permettant de nous libérer de nos volumineux bagages... Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre logement agréable, spacieux et très lumineux. Nous avons apprécié le balcon assez vaste pour y prendre nos repas et la situation du logement au pied de la cathédrale russe et très proche des transports et de la gare Nice Ville.

Pros: Tutto. La gentilezza della proprietaria e poi c’era davvero tutto quello che poteva servire per un soggiorno comodo.

Simple and comfortable.

Pros: Next to Cathedral Russe - just beautiful!The balcony is very nice to have breakfast in the morning and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Bed is comfortable, has A/C - huge advantage during summer heat. Host was very friendly and accommodating. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but exercise is good:) and it is very close to Nice Ville Gare - easy to take trips to other cities.
