Pros: Beautifull view, excelent location: market, bus, train at 5 min walk. The host is very helpfull, realy recomand!

A great place to stay in Nice

Pros: Everything worked well, and fit the description accurately. The location was good, and the washing machine was a helpful complement to the apartment. We loved the terrace, which was great for a morning breakfast or an evening aperative.

Cons: There was nothing that we necessarily did not like, since the apartment was 100% as described. For improvements, the convertible sofa could be replaced with a bed, and some kind of air conditioning would be a great addition, especially during the summertime.

It was an awesome stay. We are traveling this summer and was great for our own space. Would stay again if I’m ever back

Pros: Great location. 30 mintues from the main beach, not too bad. Loads of shops near by for food. Washing machine to clean clothes.

Cons: There was only one fan, it’s a stuff time of year. A recommendation would be just another fan, to make the room cooler.

Pros: L'emplacement permet de prendre le bus ou le TER très facilement. La disponibilité et la réactivité de la propriétaire efficaces.

Cons: Le store du velux non occultant . Une couverture d'appoint aurait été appréciée. Les sols non lavés. Manger sur les tables basses Pas assez de rangement .

Pros: Logement assez grand. Grande salle de bain, ce qui est rare. Et un balcon.

Cons: Le canapé lit est confortable mais enlever la literie, le replier tout les matins et l'ouvrir le soir, c'est difficile pour moi. Il manque une table et des chaises.

Tolle Wohnung mit einer perfekten Lage.

Pros: Tolle Wohnung in einer sehr guten Lage. Ausreichend Platz und ein sehr großes Badezimmer. Positiv möchte ich die Waschmaschine hervorheben. Ruhige Lage und ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und ein unkomplizierter Kontakt+Check In.

Cons: Die ausklappbare Couch ist leider nicht bequem. Es hätte an manchen Stellen etwas sauberer sein können, aber im Grunde war es ok.

Parfait pour un séjour de travail comme de loisirs !

Pros: Le balcon est vraiment appréciable, il y ce qu’il faut en équipement et la proximité avec le bord de mer et la gare Nice Riquier, et surtout un excellent rapport qualité / prix. La propriétaire était vraiment sympathique !

Cons: La lumière du jour à cause du velux qui n’a pas de volet opaque.
