Perfect one bed flat in a good area
Pros: Lovely one bed flat in a friendly residential area of Nice a mile or so north of the beach. Frequent bus services to all parts of the city from directly outside the flat. Tastefully decorated and well equipped. Friendly and helpful hosts.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. We hope to come back another time.

Pros: Hospitality beyond expectations, impeccable conditions for an apartment in an old block, and the area is easily served by public transport! A happy choice, with shops and restaurants nearby!
Cons: As a minus, thin walls, very poor soundproofing!

Great for a family of four
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable apartment. The second bed (livingroom sofa bed) was perfectly fine for two kids.

Pros: Our stay in Nice was simply unforgettable. The apartment has the perfect balance of elegance and comfort – beautifully decorated, spotless clean and with that authentic Mediterranean charm that makes you feel at home immediately. The location couldn’t be better: a short walk to the old town, the sea and all the local cafés and restaurants. Despite being so central, it was peaceful and quiet – a true hidden gem. Anne-Lise was the most wonderful host: warm, attentive and always available for any question. She made us feel more like friends than guests. We truly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience Nice in the best possible way. We will definitely come back – it already feels like our home in the French Riviera.

Beautiful apartment!
Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about this place was perfect – the location was close to the beach, the communication was smooth and responsive, and the apartment was spotless. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the plentiful supply of coffee, towels, soap, and other essentials. It made me feel completely at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pros: Приємна та чиста квартира. Трохи подалі від центру, але поруч з будинком є автобусна зупинка. Приємні та корисні власники. Добре облаштована кухня. Кава-машина. Зручне ліжко. В спальні вікно виходить у тихій двір.
Cons: У кухні, або хоча б у вітальні треба додати стіл для прийому їжі. Бо кухня хороша, можна багато чого приготувати, але їсти ніде. Принаймі, вільний кут у кухні для стола присутній. Формально телевізор є в квартирі, але він дуже маленький.

Geweldig!
Pros: Leuk, ruim appartement in de wijk Libération waar mijn zoon en ik ons meteen thuis voelden. Vlakbij de Marché de la Liberation, Gare du Sud, Nice-Ville (station) en eetgelegenheden. Een volgende keer zou ik dit appartement weer boeken.
Cons: Eigenlijk niks. Het Vieux Nice, het oude centrum was wel even een wandeling maar was je ook met een half uur.

Un soggiorno perfetto
Pros: Che dire, è stato un vero piacere soggiornare qui! L'appartamento è accogliente ed è dotato di ogni servizio, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, come se fossimo a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia degli ambienti e della biancheria che denota l'attenzione dei proprietari e la loro dedizione. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e Anne-Lise e suo marito sono stati sempre molto disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze, continuate così!

Un buon indirizzo per sostare a Nizza
Pros: Molto carino, la cucina ben equipaggiata, la posizione subito fuori dal centro ma ben collegata.
Cons: Peccato che manca l'aria condizionata (d'estate è necessaria... non abbiamo dormito per due notti) e non c'è un tavolo per mangiare. Anche un deumidificatore portatile potrebbe aiutare, il ventilatore non è sufficiente quando la temperatura non scende di notte sotto i 29°.

Pros: Квартира чиста, світла, комфортна, в якій є все. Дуже вдячні господарям за гостинність і привітність, якщо буде можливість, обовʼязково повернемось) Можливо комусь буде далеко до моря, проте ми ходили пішки, або можна проїхатись прямим автобусом, вони ходять часто.
Cons: Не знайшли)
