Studio à Nice avec garage

Perfect value for money.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The area is very quiet, there is a small shop and a grocery store nearby.

Cons: The accommodation is a bit far from the center, and the bus doesn't run in the evenings, so you had to walk 20-25 minutes from the nearest stop.

Nice apartment in Nice

Pros: Very clean apartment. Airconditiong, kitchen equipment and washing maschine are very nice. Everything you need for staying.

Cons: Apartment is located on a hill. Long rise from the beach.

nice & warm studio

Pros: It's a perfect studio for a short stay. It's small, but it has everything you need. There's a nice coffee machine and an AC. The garage is very small, so make sure you don't bring a big car. My flight was delayed, but the host was patient and waited for me to get the keys.

Cons: I broke a soap dish, but I wanted to pay the host. I couldn't give the money to the host because she didn't accept or didn't have any modern payment method, apart from a French app, which obviously is available only for french people.

Great budget stay at ourskirts of Nice within walking distance to Old Town

Pros: We looked for something cheaper for our last day before the flight where we could also park our car and we found this place. Because it was rather a budget place I had my concerns but the place turned out fantastic! One of the owners met us at the entrace to the building (he asked just to let him know 30 min before arrival), helped us to find a parking place (closed garage doors within a common garage) and helped us navigate to the room (6th floor). Studio was very clean, well-equiped and modern. One of the cleanest places (if not the cleanest) we stayed throughout our trip in Cote d'azur. Owners did not speak english, but with my super-basic french and google translate we managed to understand each other with absolutely no issues! As to the city center - you can walk there and it takes around 40 min to get there on foot, uber is around 20 eur - in case you don't want to drive there with your car. Loved the stay and highly reccomend the place

Cons: The building is a small maze and you need to get a hang on how it works (e.g. you enter the ground floor but the elevator does not go to 6th floor so you have to take stairs to -1 to another elevator which goes to 6th :D), also getting to the building requires taking a quite steep road - in case one is movement impaired it may be very difficult to get there. Apart from those two small details it's perfect!

Nice secure apartment at a good price

Pros: Very secure parking for our motorcycle. Washer/drier in the appt. Bed was comfortable for a pull down.

Cons: Only a very noisy coffee machine to make hot water for tea. A kettle would have been easier. Pillows very soft for our liking. A small airing rack would be helpful for clothes that cannot be tumble dried

Small but save and convenient studio at the edge of Nice

Pros: very quiet at night; good shower and pullout bed; kitchenette with fridge, 2 electric plates and microwave; combi washing machine-dryer; private closed garage for car or bike

Cons: bit out of the center and uphill so car, bike or taxi is advised to move around; no balcony or view

Pros: Propriétaire très arrangeant pour tout , appartement très propre et Cosi

Pros: Logement confortable et au calme. Les propriétaires ont mis tout en oeuvre pour faciliter notre séjour.

Idealne miejsce na krótki wypad.

Pros: Możliwe wcześniejsze zameldowanie, bardzo mili gospodarze. Studio idealne na krótki city brake. Łóżko wygodne.

Cons: Podejście pod górę po całym dniu zwiedzania nie należało do najprzyjemniejszych

Pros: Localisation, présence du garage, calme, équipements

Cons: Réception TV, boitier d' alarme clignotant
