Cons: Close to town but not walkable, have to drive, local area not so nice, sound insulation seems to be not optimal, as can hearNeighbour watching TV till late, quite annoying

Very nice place to stay — clean, convenient, and we were happy with everything overall.

Pros: The apartment was excellent — everything was clean and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen, nice terrace, and a quiet neighborhood. It takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach the city center.

Cons: There was possibly some mold on the bathroom ceiling, which slightly affected the impression.

Pros: We were very satisfied with the apartment. A big plus was that it was fully equipped, from a dishwasher to a washing machine and much more. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. Another big plus was that there was private parking, which is very convenient for those arriving by car. There was also an elevator. The apartment had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside! Because we arrived in Nice early, we were able to check in earlier, which was very helpful and convenient and for which we are very grateful to the owners. The town was not far away and could be reached by car (7min) or on foot (18min). There were supermarkets nearby. The apartment owners were always available. 10/10!!!“

Pros: Sehr schöne, große und sehr saubere Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Der private Parkplatz ist ein großes Plus. Die Video-Einweisung zum Check-in war perfekt und sehr hilfreich. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, ansonsten alles top!

Pros: Nagyon tetszett a lakás kialakítása, felszereltsége és a környék nyugalma. Kisgyerekkel pont ideális volt. A belváros mégis akár gyalog, akár tömegközlekedéssel viszonylag könnyen megközelíthető volt

Pros: Velikost stanovanja, opremljenost. Vse kar je možno je bilo v stanovanju. Največji možni komfort. Lastnik je pred prihodom poslal video z vsemi navodili kako priti do apartmaja, kje dobiti ključe, kje parkirati in še ostale koristne informacije.

Cons: Vse je bilo ok.

Calme et confort à quelques minutes du centre de Nice

Pros: Vidéo d’accueil impeccable, appartement propre et bien équipé, 20 minutes à pied du centre de Nice, belle terrasse et stationnement privatif fort apprécié.

Cons: Rien en réalité, peut-être seulement un rafraîchissement du tapis du salon. On entend un peu les voisins du bas, surtout leur télé. Mais dès 22h, c’était le calme plat.
