Amazing

Pros: Genuinely amazing - the apartment is stunning, in true French style. Even though we didn’t see the hosts as it’s self check-in, they were really friendly and offered to help multiple times online. Apartment has all the facilities (even a washing machine) you need and the neighborhood feels incredibly safe and has multiple kinds of bakeries/shops nearby. You can tell the owners put work and thought in the apartment which makes it really cosy and house-like, which we absolutely loved!

Cons: The ‘shower bath’, I never understood why one would have them. The bathroom got wet all the time and it makes showering just a little less relaxing. The apartment also has no private parking spot, however those are hard to find in Nice and parking is free from 8pm to 9am. There are quite a lot of parking spots nearby so that wasn’t much of a problem for us.

Pros: We really liked the location of the apartment. Close to cafes, shops, train station, airport, not far from the beach and the old town. Communication with the hosts was smooth and fast. Damien and Coralie - thank you for always being so polite, warm and quick with your answers. We felt welcomed and we liked how private the house was. The apartment itself is very cozy, spacious, lovely. Homey. Espescially loved the details. Bed was big and with just the right mattress. Blanket very warm. Everything was perfect. Tableware, glasses, even candles were present. We would definetely choose this place again when we come back to Nice.

The best value for money

Pros: The inside is so spacious and decorated so nicely. There’s so much storage space and has appliances like an iron and washing machine should you need to use them. The location was also perfect for my friend and I, as two young women, we felt so secure and safe as there’s not many neighbouring homes and there’s a bus stop right outside the front gate.

Cons: If you’re travelling during the peak of summer, just be aware that there is no air con in the bedroom but otherwise, this is place is perfect

Gorgeous apartment - perfect stay

Pros: Such a lovely apartment that's comfortable, spacious and has great facilities for short or long stays. We had everything we needed to be able to cook simple meals. It's about a 25/30 minute walk to the city centre but we used the number 8 bus. The air conditioning on hot days was the best. The property is kept to high standard of cleanliness and it's very secure. Coralie and Damien are very helpful and provided us with good information before our visit. We didn't use the concierge breakfast service, but this does look amazing!

STUNNING!! I’m in love

Pros: The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s much bigger in person! I loved it. Stunning location, gorgeous views, most comfortable bed. I want to stay again!

Cons: The cold water tap in the bathroom is always warm, not very nice to brush teeth in. Everything else was brilliant

Pros: Tout était très bien . Mon mari étant hospitalisé à la clinique du parc la situation géographique était idéale . L appartement était très bien équipé , confortable très propre . C’était très important pour moi qui rentrait le soir de la clinique d être à l aise

Pros: It’s a lovely and spacious property, with elegant decor and a sense of refined taste. The host is very responsive.

Cons: However, the location is a bit awkward. There’s no on-site parking, and the nearest bus stop that actually takes you to the city center is a 15-minute walk away. The walk there is manageable, but the return is uphill, which can be tiring—especially during the summer. One small suggestion: it would be nice if the host changed the painting facing the bed. A landscape photo might be more relaxing than the realistic portrait, which honestly gave us a bit of a scare at night. Also, a neighbor’s dog barked very early in the morning, which disturbed us since we’re light sleepers.

Pros: Le service de conciergerie au top. Je vous le recommande.

Cons: N'ayant pas de clim dans la chambre, nous avons mal dormi. Par contre l'appartement était au top.

Pros: J'ai tout aimé dans cet appartement, il est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le lit est très confortable, l'appartement est très propre, et c'est calme. Franchement, rien à dire ! Merci beaucoup.
