A superb stay in Nice!

Pros: Superb stay with my three daughters and husband, great flat, there was a few little issues at first but the agency did address it very fast, all was great. We loved our stay so close to everything was a great bonus of you like to walk like us! I definitely will come back!!

Cons: Just perhaps if I had to point something is please change the sofa bed in the living room which wasn't that comfortable for my daughter other than we really can't complain about anything at all!!

Good location, nice, clean and equipped flat.

Pros: The communication, organzation was perfect ( key collecting, keep informing etc). The flat is in the centre, the old town, the beach is is walking distance. The welcome pack ( wine, chips) is realky kind.

It was a great location and the facilities were as appeared in the photos.

Pros: The location was great and we enjoyed having a balcony.

Cons: The thing that really bothered me was that there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for two women for 5 days. When I requested more toilet paper, I was told that only 2 would be provided and I would have to purchase more on my own. This bothered me because there were signs in the toilet room that indicated the toilet often clogged and I didn't want my purchased toilet paper to contribute to that issue.

Wonderful location, gorgeous apartment, yet it's evident that a cat once lived there!

Pros: We arrived at 10:30am, so I was glad we were able to easily pick up the keys from a near by hotel. The hotel was also graciously enough to keep our luggage until we were able to get into the apartment.

Cons: When we first arrived at the apartment, we noticed a smell in the bathroom and the wash closet. Eventually, we realized that it was cat urine - a smell that it is practically impossible to get rid of. While there was no litter box in the apartment, it was evident that someone with a cat previously lived in the apartment, and that was unpleasant. We tried opening windows, lighting candles, but nothing worked. It would be advisable to let guests know about this in advance.
