Stress free accommodation.
Pros: The accommodation was very central, walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. It was right beside the metro for getting to the port/airport. Not too far from the train station for going further afield. The concierge in the building was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was small which suited with a sizable balcony which we used a lot due to the good weather we were lucky enough to get in October. The hosts were very responsive on the couple of occasions we had reason to contact them.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like, we would try and get it again if we were to return to Nice.

Great studio apartment!
Pros: The location is very convenient and easy walking to beach, old town and resturants. Hosts provided great instructions, and their recommendations for resturants and bars were very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant stay, lovely location for a base, recommended
Pros: Great location, right next to the tram stop that shares the airport line so very easy and cheap transfer from the airport. It is central to mostly everything with Old Town (10 min), beach (15 min), and shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants all around you. You can take the train to other cities or use the tram and bus for days out very easily. The apartment has everything you need with the kitchen providing substantial equipment, there was nothing missing. The apartment balcony is large and comfy overlooking a private courtyard. The apartment it is bright, quiet and cooled by aircon and situated within a friendly block. The hosts were in touch and easy to reach through messaging for any questions and also supplied some ideas on arrival but there were also tourist brochures supplied too.
Cons: The small freezer was iced over but it just meant we couldn't use the ice cube tray. The TV didn't appear to be tuned in and we couldn't work out how to do this.

Modern studio in Nice
Pros: Cosy studio with modern furniture and a lovely backyard terrace. Good location in the heart of Nice shopping district within walking distance of beaches, the main square, old town or the port.

Pros: Sijainti oli hyvä , pieni asunto täytti totuttelun jälkeen vaatimukset. Parveke oli hyvä ja hyvin käytössä.
Cons: Asukkaalle varatut päivittäisen siivouksen varusteet oli huonossa kunnossa.

Pros: Appartamento comodo, ben attrezzato, con un bel terrazzo, tranquillo nel centro della città. Proprietari molto disponibili e solerti. Si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti tutti i locali, le spiagge, molti musei. Eccellente per un soggiorno di qualche giorno a Nizza.

Bardzo fajna miejscówka
Pros: Bardzo podobała nam się okolica, bardzo blisko do centrum. Jeśli chodzi o sam apartament, również jestem bardzo zadowolona. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, łóżko wygodne, dla dwóch osób całkowicie wystarczające i wygodne. No i rewelacyjny taras, duża przestrzeń i widok na zielone podwórze, tj. z roślinnością. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Gotowi w każdej chwili pomóc. Szczerze mogę polecić pobyt . Ja się nie zawiodłam.
Cons: Trochę przeszkadzały prace budowlane z boku, ale nie było to aż tak uciążliwe, zwłaszcza, że w ciągu dnia i tak się wychodzi z mieszkania, a na tarasie zbyt za gorąco, ażeby odpoczywać tam w ciągu dnia. Późnym popołudniem i wieczorem już było cicho, a więc wtedy, gdy można było się relaksować bez upału.

Idéalement placé pour un court séjour
Pros: Contact très disponible en amont et tout le long du séjour. Remise des clefs autonome via boite à clefs en face de l'immeuble. Emplacement géographique idéal pour un séjour et visiter Nice. La climatisation est essentielle pour fin juillet / début aout et était donc très appréciée. La grande terrasse du logement et les équipements. La place de parking en sous terrain est indispensable car très compliqué sinon pour se garer
Cons: Le lit escamotable n'est pas vraiment confortable et est vraiment haut donc peu pratique. La VMC de la salle de bain est assez bruyante. Malheureusement des travaux ont lieu en face de la terrasse, ce qui génère des nuisances sonores tôt le matin et les ouvriers ont une vue direct sur la terrasse.
