Great location close to wide selection of restaurants and patisserie

Pros: Very spacious well equipped in all rooms and balcony. 2 bathrooms with shower is a treat. Quick response from property staff and well maintained residential building in excellent location close to Marché and sea front promenade. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Lovely comfortable apartment. The location is very quiet and close to the old town and amenities. Aircon works perfectly and it’s also very secure. We will use again

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, very close to the city centre. The apartment is clean, very spacious and comfortable.The kitchen is very well equipped.

Pros: The apartment was beautifully designed and presented and the location was excellent in a charming apartment complex. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities you would need for a break away in Nice with a family - a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, a lovely balcony for breakfast and Elena, who greeted us, was fantastic- so attentive and professional and thought of everything- we had coffee pods, water and coca cola in the fridge on our arrival and even had dishwasher tablets and washing powder left out for us so every little detail was covered. We will be back again!

Location spot on

Pros: Location is perfect, close to bars restaurants and tram station. Also close to old town and modern shops. Apartment us very well equipped and comfortable.

Cons: We had a little blip organising a time to get our breakage deposit back, but this was quickly sorted.

A great location and a spacious apartment.

Pros: The apartment is less than 10 minutes from Durandy tram stop on the line from the airport to the port. It’s also easy walking distance to old town and Jean Medecin. The flat itself is spacious. There are 2 large double bedrooms. There is a shower room with toilet next to the two bedrooms. In addition one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower. There is also another separate toilet near the entrance. There is also a small balcony off of the kitchen and a larger balcony which spans the living room and one of the double bedrooms. There are restaurants and grocery stores as well as a bakery and butchers close by. Elena, who met us at the apartment to handover the keys, did an excellent job of introducing the apartment. The owners were also vey attentive. We were 2 couples and found this an excellent choice for our trip. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Comfortable, spacious, centrally located - the perfect apartment!

Pros: This was a lovely , clean and comfortable apartment. It was bright and sunny and had a balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed- though we did not cook there. The beds were comfortable. We loved the location - easy walk to the old town, the promenade anglais , the train station-Nice Ville and various buses. Found 2 coffee shops open at 9 am daily which was perfect - fabulous coffee, scones , croissants. I would happily stay there again. There is an elevator- very small 1 person, 1 suitcase. Cool electronic key fobs for the gate and front door of the building. One full bathroom- shower toilet and sink - access from the hall. Bedroom 2 had a shower and sink. Near the front door was a toilet and sink.
