Perfect accommodation for a city break

Pros: An extremely tasteful and roomy flat in an excellent position : a short walk both to the station and to the old town.

Comfortable stay in a really well located apartment.

Pros: Great shower, great location. Kitchen has everything you needed.

Cons: Lack of effective air conditioning & unable to open the balcony doors because of the insects.

Pros: This apartment was perfect for our stay- 5 minute walk to the old town and 10 minute walk to Nice Ville for day trips. There were 3 of us staying and we had plenty of room- the apartment felt bigger than the pictures and any questions we had were answered promptly.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location

Pros: Good place to stay - handy to shops, railway station and metro.

Cons: The only sour note was the use of Swikly to manage the deposit/bond process. I get that some people leave rented apartments in a terrible state, so I accept the need for some kind of bond. But Swikly made me very nervous. They sent me several emails trying to sell me insurance, to cover the bond. Since we're careful tenants, I didn't feel it was necessary, but we felt we were being pressured to take it. I felt that I was being set up to be charged the bond on some pretext and that I would have no come-back if that happened. It hasn't happened, thankfully, but it would be better if they sent just one email offering the insurance and left it at that.

Excellent apartment and beautiful city - we wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Pros: It was a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable place to stay for our small family. We liked the large kitchen, the bed and foldout bed, the storage, the location and the balcony. We appreciated that it felt safe and was on a “side” street without a lot of traffic, yet a 10-12 minute walk to the things we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: We enjoyed everything about it, there was nothing we did not appreciate and enjoy.

Pros: Emplacement idéal, l'immeuble est très beau. Soyez discret, les résidents n'ont pas l'air d'apprécier les locations de courtes durées (ce qui peut se comprendre).

Cons: Point à améliorer : une notice claire pour l'utilisation de la plaque de cuisson. Certains accessoires sont cassés, pensez à prendre des photos et envoyez les sur le site dédié (un lien vous sera transmis).

Pros: Lage sehr gut, mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Unsere Ankunft war am frühen Vormittag, das Apartment war zur Übergabe noch nicht fertig, wir konnten unser Gepäck trotzdem bereits im Apartment abstellen, was sehr angenehm war. Ausstattung war in Ordnung, zum wohlfühlen. Kleine Mängel (Sprung in der Fensterscheibe, Badezimmerschrank).

Pros: L'emplacement idéal, proche du centre ville, de la vieille ville, de la mer... Appartement lumineux.

Cons: Quelques problèmes pendant le séjour : lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne plus ou bonde de lavabo qui ne tient pas.

Pros: Tolle Lage und Ausstattung. Sehr individuelle Einrichtung und sehr angenehme private Atmosphäre.

Cons: Leider nur Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Dies war aus der Beschreibung auf Booking.com nicht zu entnehmen
