Pros: The location was excellent. The view was amazing. Proximity to the tram & bus stop was very handy. Shops were nearby. Very clean& safe place

Cons: No air conditioning , which is very much needed in summer . The WiFi was unstable and speed was slow . Also key collection is not at the property but at a different address , which is very inconvenient .

Beautiful sea view - nice and clean!

Pros: Location was amazing, right on the beach and about a 10 minute ride to the airport or town centre. Nice and clean and sofa bed was pretty comfy.

Cons: A bit of miscommunication - the sofa bed was not in the lounge it was in the same room as the double bed. Some dishwashing liquid and a few extra towels would have been helpful otherwise can't complain.

Amazing location with sea front view...

Pros: The location is fantastic with a sea front view and the public transport is good too. We loved it.

Cons: The wifi needs a big improvement the speed is slow and the bedroom we hardly get wifi. However, you can manage if your mobile data

fabulous would love to go again

Pros: the apartment was lovely the views were lovely. I haven't stayed in an apartment as nice as this. Ok was a bit of a bind picking up the keys a few 100m away in the heat with the bags but was not a game changer.

Cons: the only thing that I did have some issue with was the strength of the wifi it never really connected most of the time. Never worked on my phone at all maybe just think about an upgrade of the router

We are missing the views already

Pros: This apartment is all about location! The absolute best view one can wake up to, very easy access to public transport to the (old) city center (but you can also do a 20 to 30min walk), and right next to a supermarket, lovely baker and other local (food)shops. Being able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes for a refreshing swim in the morning is amazing!!! The hosts were informative, easy to get in contact with, and on our last day we were allowed to leave our luggage at their office since we had to check out at 10am, but our flight left at 8pm.

Cons: Obviously there's quite some heavy noise from the Promenade des Anglais itself, but it didn't bother us much. The pillows and beds weren't as comfortable as we would have liked and we woke up with quite some pains each day. Especially since we were very active during our stay, a good night's rest is key, but I don't think I've made it past 5 hours of sleep because it just wasn't that comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials, but the basics for cooking (like salt, pepper, oil) were way past the expiration date. Also, the floor wasn't cleaned in a long time is our guess, white socks are black within a day...Thankfully there is a great washing machine you can use. Everything else in the apartment was very clean though, so it's just a minor detail.

Pros: Great spacious bright apartment. The Seaview is as exactly in the pictures but better in person. Everything you need.

Cons: Lower shower head needs fixing. Front door key is a challenge to get in takes some getting use to. The apartment made you forget that quick.

Pros: Modern apartment with all mod cons. No need for A/C with the breeze from the Med. Fantastic view from living area and balcony The Managing Agent David and his wife were lovely.

Cons: There are 2 ancient lifts one of which was not operational. The remaining one seemed to choose when it would work or just stay stuck on a floor tempting us with it's own attempts to come to our aid. The lifts are about to be refurbished however so that should fix the issue.

Pros: Przepiękny widok, dobrze wyposażony apartament, tuż obok przystanek autobusowy

Cons: Osobne toaleta i łazienka ..ja jednak wolę jednak połączone

Pros: Die Ausstattung war super. Betten und Kissen sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich. Lage check out war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten

Cons: Auf dem Balkon ist es durch die Straße etwas laut aber Ausblick ist super
