Nice apartment close to the sea

Pros: We liked the apartment very much. It was nice, clean, well-equipped and practical. The sea and the public transport stops are very close. We liked that we could pick up and drop off the key in a key safe. It is good value for the price. If we went to Nice again, we would choose this apartment again.

Cons: It wasn't a problem for us but someone could find the gallery bed a little bit cumbersome.

Pros: The apartment is located right next to the tram station on the T2 Lenval line and 50 meters from the promenade. You can get there very easily from the airport and also from the accommodation in the center either by tram or by a very pleasant walk along the promenade. Monique is very nice and, although she doesn't speak English very well, we got along very well. We also received a small gift at check-in, some very delicious macarons and a bottle of still water for each of us. The apartment, although small, is very clean and has everything you need for a few days. The only attention that needs to be paid is for those who sleep in the top bed, because the access by the stairs and the space could be a bit of a headache. But for us everything was perfect. And a message jn French for Monique :) Merci beaucoup pour l'hébergement et pour l'interaction. Nous espérons vous revoir lors de notre prochain passage à Nice. ☀️

Pros: It was easy to find the keys and do the check-in, the location is good. There were all the necessary kitchen utilities

Cons: It was dirty. Kitchen was tidy but not the rest. Wifi rooter has never been cleaned for example, dust in the drawer etc

Pros: Location is great, there is a supermarket nearby, and the beach is a few minutes walk away. The owner was really friendly and helpful!

Cons: The ceiling above the bed was low and the toilet sometimes did not work well

Cosy, clean, comfortable, welcoming apartment in a great location - really enjoyed it.

Pros: This is a great apartment in a great location, right next to the tram which takes you to all the destinations in Nice. The apartment is clean and comfortable. All the little things were thought of so we didn't need to go out buying extra supplies. The kitchen was a great spot to cook food. It was cosy. We really liked it.

Cons: The roof is low over the double bed in the mezzanine area.

Pros: The location was nice and the room was clean. The check in process was easy and the host was very friendly.

Cons: Only bad thing the bed ceiling was very low which is uncomfortable and some walls had stains

Pros: The host is an amazing person! She always made sure that we were comfortable and really helped us a lot. The appartment is spacious, very nice decorated, close to the Promenade des Anglais.

Pros: Lokacija odlična, Promenada na 2 minuta peske, aerodrom lako dostupan, kao i centar grada. U blizini tramvaj, autobus. Stan je bio zaista čist. U stanu sve što je potrebno za boravak od nekoliko dana, a i duže. Prijava i odjava fantastično, bez komplikacija. Rado ćemo se vratiti opet. Domaćinima hvala na gostoprimstvu.

Globalement satisfait.

Pros: Logement facile d'accès, proche du tram et de l'aéroport. Assez grand pour 3/4 personnes. Bien aménagé, l'espace est bien utilisé. Beau et grand frigo et machine à laver bien utile.

Cons: Le lit en mezzanine est quand même assez difficile d'accès lorsque la souplesse fait défaut.... l'aspirateur était bien sale et n'aspirait pas grand chose du coup, même en vidant le réservoir.... La propreté sous les lit très moyenne. Pas d'étendoir à linge.
