We loved Nice and Bel Apartment!

Pros: Bel apartment is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks, and everything we needed as a “home away from home” was available at the property. The property is one block back from the stunning Promenade Des Anglais, close to small supermarkets, boulangerie, and the list goes on! The L2 and L3 tram to the city centre is only 100 meters from the property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I can’t rate this property highly enough! Communication with our host was excellent and very responsive.

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect apartment for staying in Nice

Pros: The apartment is fantastic, modern and classy; typical French style interior. It is very near the beach and Promenade des Angles. From the airport you can take the tramp, which is also going to Port Lympia, what is very convenient. Five steps from the apartment you have very well equipped supermarket. In the apartment there is more than you could expect, including the taps for washing machine. The wifi is very good. Very comfy bed and super quiet air-condition. The contact with the owner perfect. If I will go to Nice again, I will try to stay there again.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and very well located, close to the Promenade and in between two tram stops. Bright, spacious and tastefully decorated, it is also equipped with anything you could think of for your stay, not to mention that it was super clean! The owner/manager was responsive and really kind.

Pros: Sehr zentral. Direkt am Strand und nur wenige Meter zur Straßenbahn die direkt zum Plaza massena fährt. Perfekt Auch die Übergabe der Schlüssel durch die Wohnungsinhaberin sehr unkompliziert und informativ Danke gerne wieder

Pros: Appartement fantastique. Très propre, récemment rénové, équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Ils ont même fourni des chaises de plage et des serviettes ! L’hôte était sympathique et le quartier agréable, animé sans être bruyant, avec un supermarché au bout de la rue et la plage à seulement 5 minutes.

Pros: Heel fijn dat het appartement strandstoelen en parasols ter beschikking heeft gesteld. Tijdens het warme weer (30 graden) was het ideaal dat er airconditioning in het appartement was.

Pros: Un logement encore plus beau en vrai qu'en photo. De beaux volumes. Ultra confortable et propre. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous immédiatement. Un aperçu mer depuis le balcon. La Promenade des Anglais juste au coin de la rue. La présence des commerces et le tramway à 1 minute à pied. La disponibilité de l'hôte, ses délicates attentions (capsules de café, eau fraîche aromatisée à notre arrivée).
