A beautiful location and great facilities to stay in Nice.

Pros: The location was incredible and the room was a great size. Everything was in great condition and the facilities were perfect.

Cons: We were only provided with 3 towels total for 3 people over a 4 night stay. Not a huge issue but being a beach location we were showering twice a day and it would've been nice to get a couple more clean towels.

Pros: Great ground floor apartment all modern appliances and gadgets. Quiet air con and electric shutters for security and to keep cool during the day.

Cons: Some traffic noise but soon got used to it.

It was great

Pros: It's a lovely space- very nicely decorated. The hosts were lovely and made it easy to arrive and leave. The jacuzzi was clean and was comfortable to use. The toilet was very fancy

Cons: We were a group of girls and there was only one mirror in the bathroom - another one would have been handy

Pros: fantastisk beliggenhet. En oase midt i travel by/trafikk. svært moderne og privat selv om det lå tett inntil promenaden.

Cons: sengene var ikke optimale.

Pros: Понравилось расположение, до пляжа просто перейти дорогу. На расстоянии от центра, так как ближе к центру очень много народу, на нашем пляже было свободно. Апартаменты расположены на первом этаже с террасой, мы только завтракали там, но это большой плюс. В целом всё как на фото.

Cons: Очень не удобные кровати и постельное белье пора заменить.Так же и сковородки в ужасном состоянии. Я считаю за такие деньги можно оставить все расходные материалы помимо туалетной бумаги: губка, тряпка, средство для мытья посуды и т.д. и почистить пылесос от него воняло. Мы купили зонт для пляжа, плед, матрас, капсулы для стирки, средство от комаров и всё это оставили, надеюсь это останется для следующих жильцов. Так же у нас в культуре не принято ходить по дому в обуви, но в Европе все ходят в обуви и это ужасно. Ковер был весь в пятнах.
