Perfect place for a short stay in Nice.

Pros: Location to train station , amenities and restaurants. Quick response from owner when I mentioned a couple of minor issues needed attention. Great communication.

Cons: For us it wasn’t an issue because we are relatively fit and didn’t mind carrying our luggage up to the 5th floor (no elevator).

Very well located apartment, enough space for 3 people.

Pros: Very nice space, excellent location for both Nice and nearby towns/cities. Almost everything we needed was there

Cons: The cleanliness of the flat could have been better. The kitchenware, cutlery and dishes were dirty and the carpet too. We did not expect to climb 5 floors, there was an indication of elevator which was not there. This is not too bad but for others who actually need it or might find climbing 5 floors challenging it might be good to mention
