Vieux Nice... et vieux lit!

Pros: Très bon emplacement dans le vieux Nice, plein centre à proximité de la mer. Appartement très propre, spacieux et équipé comme il faut. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Nice avec beau temps et températures clémentes.

Cons: Par contre le lit de la chambre est à changer ou réparer. Le premier soir j'ai dû tirer le matelas et replacer les lattes du sommier avachi mais reste bombé car calé au milieu avec un morceau de bois !! Donc on a dormi dans le lit canapé beaucoup mieux. Les doubles rideaux sont lourds et se décrochent en partie de leur tringle, ne pas y toucher ! L'isolation phonique avec l'appartement voisin est médiocre, par la chambre on entend tout... Perso on ne reviendra dans ce logement.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of the old town

Pros: Everything was perfect! Thank you for your hospitality!

Cons: The host was sometimes easily reachable and very nice, and sometimes it was not easy to contact them. It wasn’t a problem in the end, but we were very worried before we arrived.

Pros: L'emplacement ! Incontestablement idéal ! Et le calme... Et les petites attentions à l'arrivée

Cons: Les couchages. Matelas très inconfortables Les escaliers. Appartement à éviter si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité.... L'absence de détecteur de fumée dans un immeuble ancien entouré d'autres immeubles et de restaurants...

Emplacement idéal!

Pros: L’emplacement dans le Vieux-Nice est parfait. Les équipements sont complets et rendent le séjour agréable. Les hôtes répondent s’il y a un problème pendant le séjour.

Cons: L’appartement se situe au 3e étage ce qui peut être plus difficile pour certaines personnes surtout avec les bagages.

A perfect apartment for vacation in Nice

Pros: Very precise and detailed instructions for check in. The location is perfect. It’s 20minutes walk or 3 stops by L1 from train station. It’s in the center of old town area with all kinds of restaurants, shops but in a quiet place. MOST IMPORTANTLY, just 3 minutes walk TO THE BEACH. The room is exactly the same as picture show, a lovely decorated apartment. When we arrived the AC was already turned on in advance and made us so comfortable when we checked in. There is even umbrella for beach and delicious snacks, small cakes and several drinks provided. In all, this is really the perfect for a period of summer vacation in Nice. I would definitely book here again if I come again.

Cons: Can not get any response/reply from landlords except for the instructions for check in. Maybe cuz they haven’t got used to the system on Booking.com ? This made us a little worried before check in.

Pros: Helt fantastisk lägenhet med perfekt läge! Här vill vi bo igen - nära till restauranger, butiker och stranden. Jättebra instruktioner om hur vi skulle komma in i lägenheten och supertrevligt bemötande!
