Pros: The location is great, very close to everything you’d need.

Cons: Be careful if you’re tall! The ceilings are low.

Excellent place very well located in Nice.

Pros: The location is perfect to walk anywhere in Nice. The apartment is very charming with the ceiling old wood beams with a modern touch. The equipment is complete and of good quality. Due to the mansardé configuration the ceiling is low on one side but it is part of the charm.

Cons: There are Velux roof windows and one French window. This gives good light inside the apartment but does not gives a great view outside.

Charming and relaxing

Pros: This charming apartment is perfectly located yet super quiet. Good kitchen, great bathroom, excellent bedding. It is a 5 minute walk to the tram station, 5 minute walk to the port area and 10 minutes to the old town. There are many great restaurants and services all around. The elevator is small but perfectly fine. All is exactly as in the picture (so watch your head!)

Pros: La casa è molto bella e accogliente, la proprietaria molto reattiva e disponibile. Corrisponde alle foto.

Cons: L’ appartamento è al quinto piano e l’ascensore e’ molto piccolo, e’ stato abbastanza difficoltoso entrarci con il passeggino del nostro bambino. Dopo il check out non c è stata la possibilità di lasciare le valigie

Fantastisch!

Pros: De locatie van de accommodatie was top! Verder was het verblijf erg schoon en had het alles wat je nodig hebt. Een echte aanrader als je in Nice wilt verblijven!

Cons: Houdt rekening met de lage plafonds. Wij hadden hier persoonlijk geen last van, omdat we alle 3 klein van stuk zijn :)
