Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The hosts communicated with us before and during our stay. They met us on arrival and were so welcoming.The apartment is very spacious, spotless clean and had everything we needed. The quaint balcony was a lovely addition. The location is so central to everything and the beach was only a short walk. I would definitely recommend a stay here and look forward to returning on my next visit to Nice.

Perfect!

Pros: It was an accommodation beyond my expectations. At first, I hesitated because there weren’t many reviews, but decided on it for its spaciousness — and I was glad I did. The location, apartment size and facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent, and the host’s communication was immediate and very flexible. The towels in the bathroom were folded just like in a hotel, and the small welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo was such a thoughtful touch. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There’s also a supermarket nearby. I’m writing this review on my way back so I won’t forget. Thank you!

Better than a hotel

Pros: The location was perfect, magnificent view from the balcony and central to restaurants and even a popular bakery right downstairs but still quiet at night with the windows shut and AC on, and 5 min walking to the beach. It was also very clean and well kept and had beach supplies and stuff to use. Also I liked that the host met me there in person to show me everything (a lot of apartment rentals just do a lock box) and she always answered quickly if I messaged.
