Pros: the view was amazing, it felt like you were on a cruise. fully equipped appartment Close to shops, restaurant and buses and tram

Amazing stay in Nice

Pros: Stunning sea view from the apartment. Very nice, modern renovated apartment with everything you need for a holiday stay. Hosts very nice, helpful and available at all times.

Cons: Finally we had to leave home 😊

Couple without kids

Pros: Location was perfect. View was exellent. Beach was across the street. The house was safe. Host Susanne was friendly and helpfull.

Cons: Towels were wornout and smelly. There was only little amount of toiletpaper, handsoap, dishwasher- and washingmachinetablets. Waterkettle was wornout inside. These are little things but fot the price there should not be these kind of issues.

Super place we would definitely return.

Pros: Excellent location brilliant balcony and well equipped. Supermarket, bakery and tram stop all less than 5 minutes walk.

Cons: The lighting was a bit too “clever” we had lights flashing when we were trying to turn them off. Not a major problem however.

Spectacular, convenient, wow view, sound of waves what more can you say!

Pros: We arrived by taxi but there was a Tram 2 mins from the apartment super convenient. We just hadn’t done our homework!

Fantastic location with promenade view.

Pros: The property had a sensational view of the Promenade. Was well located near transport and supermarket, Boulanger. Very secure and private. Clean and fitted out well for a comfortable stay.

Great little apartment with a beautiful outlook

Pros: Great view, modern and fresh apartment. great to have washing machine and kitchen facilities.

Cons: Bed was small. Could do with a few more kitchen utensils such as a larger frying pan and ceramic coffee cups.

Pros: Eric Eric Eric. Within 10 seconds of meeting him, he made us feel like his family. Eric was by far the nicest person we had met in France the entire week. His kindness was genuine and he went over the top to make us feel welcome to his country and in his home. If he ever came to Seattle, I would offer my home to him and make sure we made him feel as valued and appreciated as he made us.

Cons: Noting. It was Clean, stocked and Eric offered us everything we would need.
