Sea view - Promenade des Anglais

Excellent apartment with amazing views in a quieter part of town.

Pros: The property was modern with a spectacular sea front position making every room have a view of the ocean. The tram is near the property making for easy transport and there is a Carrefour at the back of the building proving super convenient. The beach in front of the apartment is quieter making it easy to find a spot to swim. The beach is across the street from the apartment with a crossing right out the front. We liked how quiet the property was.

Cons: The only thing to note is that it is a long walk (about 25 minutes) from the old town which should be noted for those wanting to be close to the restaurants but this was clear to see from the map so a note rather than a complaint or issue.

The location overrides any small negatives we personally had.

Pros: Location Location Location Right across the road from the beach . Good facilities to self cater and do a load of washing .

Cons: The pillows were not to my taste and the bed was firm

Brilliant sea view apartment

Pros: Lovely view from a clean and modern apartment. Julia and Susana were easy to contact and we were even able to check in early after a morning flight. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning view in a perfect location!

Pros: The location could not be better. The tram is only a minutes walk away and the beach is on your doorstep. The view is stunning!

Cons: The bed is on the small side but didn’t impact the enjoyment of our stay.

When in Nice ...we would definitely live here again!

Pros: We loved the flat very much, location, location! The view is amazing from the balcony, you can have your cup of coffee watching the sunrise and the sea from there or with a glass of wine in the evening. La dolce vita! There is a good Carrefour city supermarket just around the corner. Tramline L2 stop is just a couple of minutes walk away, this line is direct transfer to the Airport, or to the old port on the other end. By the way if you want to look around a bit in the Riviera (Antibes, Menton, Monaco, etc), you can use this tram to go to Gare St Augustin ant then you can easily change for a train. So everything is very convenient. You can enjoy Promenade des Anglais or the sea, but it is a couple of minutes walk away from the big crowd even on weekends.

Cons: As the others mentioned in their comments before, the bed in the bedroom could be improved. Our issue was that one of my family members is a bit shorter and she had a little problem because the bed in the current construction is too high for her, she also sad it was not that comfortable. On the other hand in the living room the sofa is very comfortable. (Generally it is the other way around,) The flat could do with a bit more equipment, but we easily concluded that we are on vacation, so not doing too much housework, it was not really an issue for us :D

Oh! THAT VIEW.

Pros: The view was spectacular. Apartment was modern and clean with the bonus of a large fridge and large freezer.

Cons: Cooker could do with some instructions on how to use. Shower head wasn’t working (only hand held)
