Very clean and comfortable, very well decorated and perfect location, about 10 min walk from the tram station.

It was a fantastic stay and i would definitely book the apartment again.

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Also in a good area close enough to beach a short walk away and near grocery stores which is perfect considering the apartment is self-catering and eating out is very expensive.

Pros: Walking distance to promenade and city center. Car parking definitely is a plus. Nicely furnished apartment. Ideal place for couple. Owner of apartment very friendly and helpful 😍

Cons: Parking place very narrow. Apartment in top floor, no elevator,so be ready to climb litle bit. I missed Kettle for tea.

Excellent séjour à Nice dans cet appartement cosy

Pros: L'appartement en lui même et le fait d'avoir un parking. L'appartement est cosy, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, fonctionnel, lumineux. L'emplacement est top. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. L'appartement est à 15 - 20 min à pied de la place Massena. Et sinon le tramway est vraiment à proximité.

Cons: Les marches de l'immeuble, pour accéder à l'appartement, sont très hautes et heureusement qu'il n'y avait pratiquement personne dans l'immeuble car sinon vous vivez avec les voisins. Après, nous n'étions jamais à l'appartement donc ça ne nous a pas vraiment gêné.

Super appartement avec parking et terrasse idéalement situé

Pros: Excellent appartement, c'est une très bonne adresse pour séjourner à Nice. Environ 10 mn de la plage et 25 mn du vieux centre à pieds. Idéalement situé. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour à 2, c'est assez grand. Le lit est très confortable. Petite terrasse, vue sur les toits. Et surtout n'oublions pas le parking voiture, un très bel avantage pour se garer à nice. Je recommande ce logement qui ne manque de rien et très propre a notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons certainement..
