Perfect Location

Pros: Amazing location with a small balcony overlooking the action. Most basic necessities, such as olive oil, spices, pans, etc… included. Small and cozy, but spacious enough for an adult and child. Able to access your Netflix account.

Cons: The key is located down the street in a lockbox, our cab driver was kind enough to take us there first. The apartment was initially difficult to find, it is across from the Magenta restaurant/the Chanel shop on the same street as the big trees. Entrance to the apartment is to the left of the elevator when exiting (as opposed to in front as indicated on the directions) No hairdryer You must hold up the shower head It can be quite loud in the apartment from the outside noise

Nette, gemütliche Unterkunft in Top Lage!

Pros: Die Lage war perfekt, vom Balkon aus hatte man die beste Aussicht überhaupt! Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war super nett und hat immer schnell geantwortet.

Cons: Die Unterkunft is renovierungsbedürftig, das wussten wir jedoch bei der Buchung. Die Ventilatoren im Wohnzimmer haben nicht funktioniert, der Vermieter meinte er wird sich darum kümmern, im Schlafzimmer war es jedoch kühl genug. Wenn die Verbesserungen durchgeführt werden, gibt es 10 Punkte.

Belle vue sur le centre ville

Pros: L'emplacement et la vue. Au cœur du centre-ville, à proximité de nombreux magasins et restaurants.

Cons: Un peu bruyant (normal pour la localisation) et mal équipé (gel et shampoing à rationner).

Immersion privilégiée dans le plus beau quartier de cette splendide ville !!

Pros: Cet appartement est un vrai petit cocon dans le plus agréable et commerçant quartier de Nice. L’immeuble est splendide et, tout autour, se trouvent restaurants et commerces en tous genres. La plage est à quelques enjambées et la gare est tout à fait accessible à pied. Tout est authentique dans cet adorable appartement, j’ai lu des commentaires désobligeants sur la salle de bain et la climatisation alors que tout est parfaitement adapté pour un séjour à 3!!! La propreté était aussi irréprochable, les lits faits étaient nickels et les serviettes étaient en nombre !! Le petit balcon sur la splendide place est un plus extraordinaire, on peut y admirer l’animation de cette magnifique ville d’un point stratégique….on se sent privilégié !!! Bref, tout est parfait, nous reviendrons très vite dans ce bel endroit pour profiter encore de cette magnifique cité !!!!

Cons: Nous avons tout aimé, le seul bémol étant la brièveté de notre séjour !!! Nous sommes repartis le cœur gros de notre cocon….

Cons: Ima sve što je potrebno Wi fi nije nešto bio u funkciji i nije baš rashlađeno, ali nama to nije smetalo, jer gotovo da nismo ni bili tu preko dana Rado bismo došli ponovo!

Great location but attention to detail would be nice!

Pros: Location, location, location! It was clean and met our needs.

Cons: A little comfort goes a long way. The apartment was hot when we got there. There were two standing fans that were not working. There was air conditioning in the room which was nice but was warm in the living area, which is why we needed the fans. Also, the shower head was not mounted on the wall so you have to hold the shower head the whole time while showering. Also, the pillows were very flat. You can’t even call them pillows. They asked if we needed anything to make our stay better. I asked for a fan and better pillows but they did not deliver.
