Appartements Nice Centre Carré d’or

Pros: The location is good, 10-15 minutes walk to train station or beach, close to bus station and markets. - The instructions for the self checkin were detailed and we also found other useful info written in the room. - The beds were confortable. - The apartment was clean, with toiletteries for the first days (but for us it was enough for all our 7 days stay). - The clothes washing machine was very useful. There was also an iron in the room. - The shower and sink were at the ground floor in our apartment (I read that some apartments have the bathroom upstairs). - The AC was also useful for us (we heated a little bit the room in one of our days). - The apartment looks like in the pictures. I also liked the painting on the ceiling. - The hosts did not bother us and helped when we needed. - Good value for the money.

Cons: The staircase in the middle of the room were a little bit unconfortable, but our 3 and 7 years old sons liked it. - The walls were thin and could hear the neighbours speaking, but we were too tired to care too much about this 🤭 - The apartment was not very big, but was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Pros: Great location for shopping and sightseeing . Comfortable bed

Cons: The décor is a bit garish and not generous with toilet rolls

Pros: The location! Close to station and all the restaurants and actually, everything! Suited our needs perfectly being so central to all Nice has to offer. Loved the very comfortable bed!

Cons: The road cleaners and rubbish collectors make a lot of noise early hours of the morning but we realised keeping windows closed and air con on alleviated that first night problem A bit of maintenance on the wall and ceiling of the unit we had is required otherwise all good

Great location, at easy reach of the public transport and old town centre, the local shops, places to eat and the superm

Pros: Convenient location, clean, provides the standard, satisfactory facilities to accommodate the guests

Pros: Great location right in the centre of Nice just off Jean Medecin,

Cons: spiral staircase to bedroom may be a problem for the elderly or big person, sofa needs replacing, they said they are gonna do that in October 2025, which was okay as we were out all day and just used the apartment as a sleeping hub

Centrally located and suitable for families.

Pros: Excellent location - very central for the city and within a short walk of the train station as well as the tram for the airport at the end of the stay. Lots of nice shops and eateries nearby. Air conditioning worked well - was very welcome in the summer temperatures. Owner was very helpful - provided left luggage addresses link for nearby places and plenty of information in English and French.

Pros: Central location, good size of apartment, 5 minutes from a beach.

Amazing!

Pros: The location is literally PERFECT!! Its so close to everything, the beach, the center, everything. It was fully equipped with all you might need. The owner was so nice and he was available at every moment that we needed him.

Cons: The only think that we didnt like was thag the walls are really thin so if you have loud neighbors you will hear them

Pros: Location was perfect for us... walking distance from train station, and still only a short walk to beach and the old city. It is just off a main area with lots of restaurant options. Air con worked well which we needed as it was very hot! Great to have a washing machine.

Cons: The description of the room on booking.com implied there was also a sofa bed (or two) in the bedroom as well as the living area... but there were only two sofa beds in the living room. This suited us fine, but did cause a little confusion.

Pros: Location is super, apartment is clean, staff is very freindly helpful , apartment is well equipped
