Pros: The house has everything you need for your stay - an iron with an ironing board, a washing machine, shower accessories, a fully equipped kitchen. It is great for two people. The apartment is in a particularly great location, everything is within walking distance - Massena square, the old town, the shopping street, the sea... Train station 15 minutes by foot. Downstairs is the restaurant Onaka, where the food is made by a champion of sushi wrapping, the food is very tasty.
Cons: The bed in the living room is not comfortable.

Fantastic and very central place for a vacation in Nice - highly recommend it!
Pros: Located in the central core of Nice, the apartment was super comfortable and fantastic for our party of 3, including me and my parents. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate me and my elderly parents for an early check-in at 11:00 due to our early morning arrival in Nice - and without any additional cost or fees, even though the agreed-upon check-in time was planned for 15:00! We appreciate that a lot! The apartment is rather small, but super well-equipped and comfortable, with everything you could need in the kitchen, the bathroom, and the bedroom. It can easily accommodate a couple or a family/party of 3 persons and it is ideal both for a short or a longer vacation in Nice. The location of the flat and the comfort and convenience we got for the price we paid was a jackpot! Just next to the splendid Place Massena, one cannot find a better-positioned place with a good price in central Nice - a few minutes walk to everything, including the promenade and the beach!
Cons: Everything was great, the flat even exceeded our expectations, I highly recommend it! If you are looking for luxury, you might not find it here; but if you are looking for a super comfortable and functional place for a budget-friendly vacation - this is the perfect apartment for you, with super welcoming hosts and top-notch location!

Мне понравилось
Pros: Квартира расположена в самом центре города, что невероятно удобно для прогулок и дел. Само жилье очень приятное и уютное, а внутри не покидает чувство абсолютной безопасности. Хозяйка всегда была на связи и мгновенно помогала в решении любых мелких вопросов.
Cons: В квартире всего два окна, и те занавешены снаружи тростниковыми циновками, отчего невольно возникает легкое чувство клаустрофобии. Но это вполне можно пережить... )

Pros: o lugar é MUITO bem localizado, próximo de tudo, literalmente no centro, ótimo lugar para ficar. apto tem tudo, toalhas, lencois, cozinha completa, aquecedor e ar condicionado, o anfitrião te manda o código exatamente as 15hrs do checking, prédio com elevador
Cons: o banheiro que depois do 4/5 dia começou cheiro muito forte de esgoto insuportável mas não interferiu na minha estadia A pia do banheiro estava entupida e algumas lâmpadas não estavam funcionando o sofá cama é um pouco desconfortável

Pros: Ottima posizione, centralissima e vicina al mare, appartamento spazioso per due persone ma comodo anche per tre, host gentile e disponibile nel lasciarmi qualche ora in più prima del check out
Cons: Il bagno è veramente molto piccolo: spazio non vivibile tra water e doccia, doccia e lavandino molto piccoli. All'nterno del bagno ci sono lavatrice ed asciugatrice, ottima cosa per chi si ferma a lungo, ma per un affitot breve è spazio sprecato
