Pros: Beautiful apartment in the heart of Nice.Right next to the tram line.Short walk to the sea front. This apartment has everything ypu need for your stay.Our host was super giving us clear directions, easy checking in and very kind.This is a highly recommended apartment for a stay in Nice. Spotlessly clean .

Amazing Studio in the middle of Nice that's close to everything you could ever want!

Pros: The facilities were very high quality, kitchen was fully equipped and the studio was very clean when we arrived. Location couldn't be better, it's quiet, and genuinely about a 20 second walk to any cafeteria or restaurant. Shops and the beach were very close. There was also an ironing board, as well as towels available for use which made everything more convenient for us. The very nice lady Caroline let us check in early and leave a little bit later because of the very nice weather. Have to say that there isn't a place better value for money than this place!!

Cons: The sound of glass bottles on some mornings from the downstairs restaurant, but honestly that's out of her control and it didn't really bother us too much at all.

Très bon logement au cœur de Nice

Pros: L'appartement est en plein centre de Nice, proche de nombreux lieux d'intérêt, de la Promenade des Anglais et de bonnes boulangeries. Il est propre et moderne, et dispose des équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. La communication avec l'hôte a été fluide du début à la fin. Caroline est une hôte réactive et arrangeante.

Cons: Il n'y avait pas assez de papier toilette (2 rouleaux pour 2 pour 7 jours); nous avons dû en racheter. Tôt le matin, le personnel des restaurants d'en bas vidaient leurs poubelles et jetaient les bouteilles en verre dans les bennes avec fracas, ce qui était particulièrement dérangeant.
