We enjoyed Nice and the location was unbeatable. The lack of items mentioned above dampened the experience.

Pros: Location excellent Property basic but clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing provided, not even soap. Most apartments have soap, sometimes shampoo, salt, pepper, sugar etc. A small welcome pack would have made a great impression for little cost. Some instructions on how to use TV would have been useful.

Pros: Superior location. Not that far from beach and tram stops. There is a cafe under windows but it was not too disturbing (close before midnight probably). A HUGE amount of cafes/taverns/bakeries under 10 min walk. Groceries (Lidl) and couple of russian products shops are also within 10 mins walk. Windows are opened into narrow space between houses - so it was very handy in summer in +35, rooms were not boiling inside. Plus AC in both rooms. 10 points out of 10

Cons: Arriving started from quest - find the entrance door... It is a bit hidden

Magnifique escapade à Nice dans un appartement agréable et top.

Pros: L'emplacement est excellent, je suis allé pour le carnaval et c'est juste derrière l'événement, j'ai pu faire les 3 événements sans problème de déplacement, vraiment fantastique, il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Cons: Nous avons dû programmer la télévision parce qu'elle était en chinois, j'imagine que certains touristes ont changé de langue.

Pros: -Emplacement central exceptionnel -Au calme (car situé dans une impasse) - Propre et bien équipé

Cons: -Bien que rénové, la salle de bain reste un peu vieillotte, dommage !

Pros: Rymligt och fräscht. Vi fick egna rum med dörrar att stänga mellan. Jättestor dubbelsäng i sovrummet och en stor och riktigt bekväm bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/köket. Fanns lakan och handdukar. Tyst eftersom det låg i en liten gränd och väldigt centralt och på gångavstånd till stranden. Köket hade allt man kunde behöva, en liten kaffemaskin med några kapsyler och en pressopanna, kastruller etc om man vill laga mat. Finns många restauranger bakom hörnet, genast man går ut, som också har frukost om man vill sitta ute, eller bagerier som öppnar tidigare om man vill köpa hem. Snabb och bra respons av ägaren. Han hade också lagt fram en lista på restauranger han rekommenderar. Fanns air-conditioning men vi behövde inte använda den i slutet av maj/ början av juni ännu, eftersom lägenheten låg i skugga.
