Pros: Sufficient room facilities such as cooking wares, utensils, coffee machine, refrigerator and washing machine, TV that you can play YouTube and Netflix. Clean and bright room. Value for money!

Чистая, функциональная квартира с хорошим расположением. Цена соответствует качеству.

Pros: Апартамент полностью соответствует фото и описанию. Все продумано до мелочей: включая кофе для кофемашины и чай- очень приятный бонус. При заселении квартира была чистой. Собственник апартамента была все время на связи и с получением ключей у нас не возникло проблем, как и во время отдыха- она также интересовалась все ли у нас хорошо. Цена соответствует. Район расположения удачный и от него можно удобно и быстро на общественном транспорте добраться как до пляжей, так и до электрички (пешком 850 метров), которая довезет вас в другие города. Рядом есть Lidl и другие продуктовые маркеты. Спасибо мадам Da Moura за все- нам было приятно ваше внимание к нам.

Cons: Стоит заметить, что это партер и апартамент действительно небольшой (однако в нем есть ВСЕ необходимое). Мне не хватало приспособления для сушки купальников и полотенец после пляжа.

Pros: Minden eszköz rendelkezésünkre állt, jó helyen található, közel a villamosmegálló és Lidl, de gyalogosan is hamar el lehet jutni a kikötőhöz. Nagyon kényelmes volt

Pros: L’emplacement, la propreté, l’équipement tout cela était très bien.

Cons: Un peu difficile de trouver la clef, pas de contact en personne, un studio en sous-sol, une petite fenêtre en hauteur.

Pros: Lo studio è piccolo ma accessoriato. Vicino alla Lidl ed alla tramway o bus per raggiungere tutti i punti da visitare. A chi piace camminare in circa 20 minuti sei al porto ed in 30 minuti alla spiaggia. Maria the host, è stata super gentile! Raccomando vivamente. 🇫🇷❤️

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

Pros: Check in was all online without needing to check in at a reception. Small washing machine is a plus with plenty spaces to hang items to dry! Refrigerator and microwave! Clean shower and unit. Quiet and comfortable. Fan available if needed. WiFi worked great.

Cons: GPS consistently took me to an address a block away. Check the actual address on the building. I found the instructions for finding and using the key very difficult. The host stated they are providing better instructions for future guests.

Gute Erreichbarkeit und Vieles, das für eine angenehme Zeit in Nizza benötigt wird!

Pros: Sie ist in einem angenehmen Wohngebiet, in der Nähe der Universität, gelegen. Von hier aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Strand, gut erreichbar. Es gibt in der Wohnung alles, was man benötigt. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Chouette séjour, calme, avec des propriétaires disponibles !

Pros: Petit studio calme et proche des transports. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont répondu rapidement aux questions que nous avons eu, avant le séjour comme lors de celui-ci.

Cons: Peut-être le fait que le studio est en sous-sol et donc peu lumineux. Cela ne nous a néanmoins pas tant dérangé car nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à l'extérieur afin d'explorer la ville.
