I recommend if you plan to go out all day

Pros: - owner was extremely friendly to me and he always responded when I had questions - the studio is 15 minutes away by foot from the Palais des Expositions - also close to public transports - bakery, restaurants, groceries nearby as well - you have a fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, WiFi...

Cons: - shower's sliding panels were a bit loose

Clean studio in Nice with direct and easy communication

Pros: The place was very clean and nice, in a nice building. The host was really nice and especially flexible. Communication was direct and easy and the host spoke good English so everything was easy with the keys. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Nice.

Pros: Mon séjour dans cet appartement s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement est bien : proche des transports en commun, dans un quartier calme, avec un supermarché juste à côté pour faire ses courses. Le port n’est pas très loin et il est possible de rejoindre le centre et la plage à pied. L’appartement est fonctionnel. La communication avec le propriétaire a été facile et rapide.
