Pros: Really spacious apartment with all the utilities you’d need. A great location close to both the city center and the train station.
Cons: owners withheld crucial informatin. Firstly, deposit was 800€, a very high sum. There was no reason for this sum to not be disclosed from the beginning. In addition, two day before our arrival we were informed that if we wanted to get handed our key in person we would have to pay another 20€. After we selected a self check in option, meaning no one would be waiting for us at the apartment , we were told that we had to pick up the key from a completely another.location (at the train station). Our check in time was midnight, and we shouldn’t be expected to make the journey around the city just to pick up a key. Only after much arguing and no accommodation from the owner, he agreed to provide a lock box outside the apartment, a very simple solution I’m sure should’ve been provided from the first place.

Pros: Very spacious for a family of four, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but still a 10 min walk to the promenade, so excellently located.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Host
Pros: Boris did everything to make our stay as convortable as possible for us. Very friendly, absolutely flexible and helpful for any request we had. Can not recommend enough this apartment for a visit to the Cotazur.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable in an excellent location.
Pros: Location was fantastic with a short walk to the Old City and beach. Located in a quiet street, there was a fantastic craft beer bar underneath and a Italian street food cafe across the road. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with all the facilities to cook you own meal. Best part was sitting on the little balcony looking over the street with a glass of wine!

Pros: Beautiful apartment with everything needed available. Lovely terrace to sit in. Quiet street but close to amenities and transport.
Cons: We had a glitch with the door lock when we arrived but Jerome dealt with it professionally and soon after we were able to contact him. He was friendly and patient and organised a refund for our inconvenience. Many thanks

Pros: Отличные апартаменты. Очень просторные, отдельная гостиная с антикварной мебелью и просторная кухня-гостиная. В гостиной и кухне огромные телевизоры с подключением к интернету. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, посудомоечная машина. Были в январе, в апартаментах было тепло и очень комфортно. До площади Гарибальди пешком 5 мин, в шаговой доступности супермаркет. В апартаментах была даже тележка для похода в магазин, покупали воду в бутылках и тележка очень пригодилась! Общественный транспорт так же в шаговой доступности, перемещаться по городу было очень легко. Несмотря на то, что дом достаточно старый, есть лифт, он небольшой, но 3 человека помещаются. Бала дана очень подробная и понятная инструкция по получению ключей и расположению апартаментов. Ключи получали на площади Гарибальди, потом до апартаментов шли пешком. Хозяин всегда был на связи. В целом - отличные апартаменты, рекомендуем!
Cons: В целом все было отлично, есть некоторые пожелания. Одна мастер-спальня была с просторной ванной, а вторая ванная с душем очень маленькая. В ванных мало крючков, чтобы повесить вещи и в маленькой ванной совсем нет полочки, чтобы поставить моющие средства. В прихожей так же хотелось бы какую нибудь вешалку. Были зимой, верхнюю одежду некуда было повесить.

Красота , супер локация , супер хозяин !
Pros: Фантастические удобное место . Квартира сильная . Очень приятно находится в кругу друзей ! Место живое но очень тихое . Борис доступен 24/7 ! Все очень удобно от посуды до всех нужных вещей по дому . Я точно вернусь на долго !
Cons: Хотелось бы кондиционер регулировать самой а не программой . И входной коврик пора или менять или почистить . Других претензий у пеня нет . Квартира супер !
