Magnifique 3 pièces de 80m2 dans le Carré d'Or

Pros: Perfect apartment, super clean and good location. The apartment has all the necessary equipment including 2 air-conditioning and well decorated. Communication and check-in/check-out process is easy. I definitely will be back.

Cons: Everything is perfect.

Superb accommodation in Nice for a family holiday.

Pros: The location of Appartement F3 was perfect. Close by to walk to the old town and the Harbour, with Place Garibaldi just a block away and with a choice of supermarkets very close by. The Appartment itself is very spacious. It was clean and more than catered for all our needs. The host was excellent - giving clear instructions for our arrival and departure. We would very highly recommend it for a stay in Nice.

Cons: This is not a negative - but the appartment is located on the third floor - with no lift - so you should bear that in mind for carrying luggage etc into the appartment.

Pros: Was so clean, spacious in a lovely area in the centre of Nice.Check-in and check out very simple.Great communication from host .The apartment is so bright and showers beds etc are top notch…kitchen equipped with everything you need.We had such a wonderful time in Nice the city is so beautiful and people so warm and friendly, and having a beautiful apartment to return in the city centre was a real bonus.😁👍

Great location and lovely space. Everything was clean and new.

Pros: Host was very responsive. Location was ideal. Easy walk to the waterfront. Cafes everywhere. Grocery store across the street. It wasn't too busy of a street so we could book an Uber or tour company to pick up from the door. The high ceilings made the accommodations spacious. Kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: Instructions were not clear before leaving the property. We like to know in advance if we have to pull sheets off the beds or pile towels in front of the washing machine. Didn't know where to bring our garbage and when we asked, we were told to walk it up the street. Not sure what that meant other than put in someone else's bin.

Pros: The place was really clean and all the equipment and machines were working. The location was also good, close to old town and numerous public transport stops close by. The host was also very friendly, and always available to answer questions.

Pros: Stunning property walking distance from the old town . It was very affordable and the hosts were very welcoming Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to Nice until 1am and the hosts were very understanding and waited for us The host were also very good with communication and were quick to fix any issues we have
