La cour du centre Nice Verde

Pros: Very central, perfect location! Everything was functional, clean No noise

Cons: the pillows were a bit high if you're tall, your knees will hit a wall, when sitting on the toilet the bedroom tends to get quite warm in the middle of the night even with door open if 2 people are sleeping there - there is a/c, but we didn't want to turn it on at night little natural light - but that's normal in Old Town Nice apartments Otherwise it was very nice and we enjoyed it!

Quiet and lovely location

Pros: Location and price are unmatched and I think this place is worth visiting again. It had everything you needed and was cheaper than alternatives. The restroom was indeed small as other users said, but it was clean, bright and functional.

Cons: The only reason why I rated this as an 8 is because we spotted some issues that I hope the owner can take care of quickly. Firstly there were many cockroaches in the kitchen, mainly roaming around the cupboards where the plates/cups are stored. Cups were mostly dirty, so a good cleanup of the entire area would be great. Secondly, the shower room’s window screen is very much a hazard - it moves on guide rails but half of the wheels that hold the screen have been ripped, thereby it is holding on only by a thread and it is very easy to come off and fall down. So it is basically waiting for someone do pull it a bit more and completely break it (and probably cut himself and get charged for it). Thus, I hope the owner notices this and fixes it, before anyone gets harmed.

Pros: Very well equipped, pretty apartment. The kitchen has everything you need for basic meals (stainless steel pots, non-stick pan, kettle, oven, hob, utensils, large fridge). Several electric plugs everywhere, hairdryer, mini vacuum cleaner available. The balcony opens to a courtyard with several other apartments, it was quiet and clean. The area is lovely, close to everything but not too central or overly busy. Supermarket, cafés, restaurants in the close vicinity. Public transport very good. Wifi with good bandwidth.

Cons: Overall perfect. For us the bed and the pillow felt a bit too hard.

Pros: The appartment was really cozy and clean and the location was great. It was easy to arrive from the train station to the appartment by tram and it is 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There are some nice restaurants and coffee places nearby. The toilet is a bit small in the appartment but that didn't bother us at all. We got really clear instructions to enter the appartment. I would stay there again in Nice and highly recommend if you are looking for place to stay 2-3 people.

Pros: Location very good. Air conditioning good - Internet very fast. Easy instructions on how to get into apartments with photo description. The Properitor answered any queries promptly and was very accommodating.

Cons: Bedroom very small with very little space between bed, good shower, toilet very small would not suit bigger people. Could have done with a toaster and few extra cooking utensils.

Pros: Appartement facile d'accès, communication avec l'hôte très facile. L'appartement est propre et propose four, micro onde et machine à laver ce qui est non négligeable en cas de séjour longue durée. Il y a des magasins à proximité et on est proche du vieux Nice tout peut se faire à pieds.

Cons: Pas d'ustensiles allant au four, mélangeur de la douche difficile à régler

Pros: Es war sehr komfortabel. Der Balkon hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ja, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe und die Kommunikation mit dem Wohnungseigentümer war ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank. Bis zum nächsten Mal.
