Nice stay

Pros: The location was very good and the apartment was very spacious

Cons: One of the rooms didn't have ceiling leight and it was not comfortable. No shampoo, neither shower gel. Only 6 capsules of coffee. No instant coffee.

Fantastic apartment in great location to explored old town Nice and the beaches. Would recommend.

Pros: Great location, nicely constructed apartment and very friendly housekeeper. Brilliant air conditioning.

Cons: Not enough cups, plates, bowls etc. No sign of an ironing board.

Cons: Can’t deny that the €600 cash deposit on arrival is a negative. Also one key between a group of 5 friends isn’t ideal.

Pros: We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very spacious, clean & comfortable. The location was perfect. The street was very quiet with lovely cafes but it is only a short walk from the tram stop at Garibaldi & the old town.

Comfy apartment at an amazing location!

Pros: Very clean apartment at an amazing location! Check-in was easy and the host was very helpful. It could have been 10/10. However, one of the bathrooms had a glass door so others had to leave the room when someone needed to use the restroom. That was a bit inconvenient. Also, the approach about the deposit was a bit disturbing. The host told us everything is expensive in the apartment and we should be careful. I understand he may have had bad experiences but it isn’t our fault.

Cons: Limited supplies provided, so bring your own paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The €600 cash deposit was a surprise to us, as that info was buried deep in the Booking.com listing.

Pros: Great living area for two families. Awesome facilities in the kitchen.

Cons: Instructions for parking are a bit confusing. It took us a few minutes to find out it is a three floors public underground parking lot with very narrow space.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Nice.

Pros: This is a beautiful and spacious property just a few minutes’ walk from the old city and the beach. We absolutely loved the apartment.

Cons: The proprietor required a €600 cash deposit that we had not been informed of. He said booking.com had hid this information. We searched the booking policy and finally found it, but we should have been informed of this sooner since it is such an aberrant practice. It required me to go to a bank machine on my last day in France to withdraw a large amount of cash to pay this deposit. It’s a great property in nearly every way – but this was an unfortunate surprise.

Pros: El apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias para la estancia, muy confortable, las camas muy cómodas y los baños completos. Situación perfecta para visitar la ciudad, barrio tranquilo. El parking está a pocos metros del apartamento.
