Cozy house with parking and garden

Pros: If you are considering this apartment, don't think twice just book it now! A lovely apartment in agreat location of Nice promanade. It has its own garden and a gated parking. Newly decorated and complete with aircondition, washing machine and kitchen utensils. Walk few metres-the beach and tram station is next to you. Old Nice town is walking distance away. The owner is very kind you can message her anytime lol, even let us check out at 1800. Family of 4 travelled by car through Europe from UK. (See photos attached)

Pros: Great location, check in procedure was excellent. Really good to have secure off street parking.

Pros: Everything was amazing and it exceeded our expectations. The location is very close to city centre, groceries, restaurants and also to beach. The neighborhood feels safe and good. And the place is very comfortable, has even more things you might need and gives unexpected privacy. I would definitely return.

Perfect

Pros: Location is perfect - next to the train stop and no more than five minutes walk from the beach. There is also a supermarket nearby. The apartment was very clean, cozy and comfortable; fully equipped with everything you may need. Garden and free parking next to the door are a great bonus! Host is a really nice and welcoming young woman. I strongly recommend this place!

Pros: 住宿位置很優越，走路4分鐘可以到輕軌，要去景點或機場都非常方便。除此之外，走路5分鐘可以到海灘，6分鐘可以到家樂福超市，生活機能強。 房東很和善，協助我們處理行李問題，幫了我們一個大忙，是很好的住宿經驗。

Pros: Apartmán leží v krásné zahradě jen pár minut chůze od Anglické promenády, zastávek tramvají, obchodů a restaurací. Skvělé je venkovní posezení, kuchyňka i koupelna. Soukromé parkování zdarma.

Cons: Vjíždění na dvorek s větším autem je problematické, je třeba být hodně opatrný.

Pros: Everything was great! Great host, excellent location near beach, markets etc, beautiful app., very clean, with everything you need, and really cozy 🙂 free parking (private)which is blessing 😅

Superschnelle Aufenthalt

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt Die Wohnung hat eine Top Ausstattung Da fehlt nichts Schöner Garten zum Essen oder einfach nur zum sitzen. Sehr aufmerksamer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber Wirklich perfekt.

Cons: Alles gut es gab nichts negatives.

Pros: Super Lage zum Strand (Straße runter ca 5 min., unbedingt Wasserschuhe einpacken, ist sehr grobkieselig), ca 5 min entfernt ist ein Supermarkt Carrefour und eine Boulangerie), gut eingerichtet, auf den Bildern sieht es allerdings größer aus, als es ist. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern da und 4 Leute ist zuviel. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr klein und durch die vielen Büsche nicht wirklich gemütlich (Mücken!). Gut sind die Moskitonetze am Fenster und der Tür.

Cons: Die Auffahrt durch das Tor auf das Gelände ist abenteuerlich, denn das Bild suggeriert eine flache Auffahrt. Ist aber eine Einbahnstraße mit rechtem Parkstreifen und Steigung (da am Berg), d.h. man hat wenig Platz zum rangieren, wir sind mit unserem Quashqai mit Ach und Krach auf den Parkplatz gekommen, es ist wirklich eng! Das sollte beachtet werden, mit kleineren Autos leichter machbar.
