Pros: Close enough to the city. All needed facilities around (food store, bakery). Clean and cozy. Owner representative Sadia was going for extra mile, helping us with local authorities. Very grateful for her!

Pros: Great location, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and very spacious. It was very well equipped. So close to tram and shops and Promenade. The host was very accommodating.

Cons: The WiFi didn't work on our phones maybe because we have older phones.

Pros: The hosts have really made it easy to stay with small kids, there were baby cot and chair in the apartment and lots of toys as well.

Yes its the place to be

Pros: The location is superb The flat is spacious and clean, everything works well, hob, oven, washing machine etc On our visit it was exceptionally hot but the flat is cool. Lovely boulanger across road, right on tram and so near Carrefour City and beach. The Magnam area has lot of nice restaurants too. Owner very nice.

Great base to see Nice, excellent facilities - a home from home!

Pros: The host (Sadie) was very welcoming and informative. She gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner!

Cons: All was very good, maybe the bed was a bit hard ( but that’s down to taste!!)

Pros: photos correspond. spacious apartment with everything you need. in the kitchen there were a lot of dishes, spices, salt, sugar, oil. 2 bathrooms, large living room with balcony and TV, there is Netflix, board games. apartment on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator. the beach is across the road, there is a large store in the house, you can walk to the center or take a tram, the stop is near the house

Cons: in February it was cool in the apartment, there is an air conditioner and panels, but they did not heat the apartment enough. 2 times there was a situation when the fuses blew, the power went out, but the problem was quickly solved. check-in from 16:00

Pros: Lovely big apartment in a great location close to the beach, very comfortable and quite, supermarket close by, very easy to get to from the airport on the tram line 2 with the Magnan stop beside the property.
