A lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: A lovely apartment in a great location, close to both the beach and the shops. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. A nice bonus was the washing machine. The apartment manager, Katya, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Cons: Everything was ok. It would be good to provide paper towels in the kitchen.

Pros: Close to the tram system and the promenade. Lots of good places to eat close by. Apartment was comfortable and had everything you need.

Pros: The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious, well equipped, has 2 balconies, one of them has a beautiful view to a garden. It has a perfect location, in a safe area, 1 minute from the beach, 15 minutes from the airport, the tram station is 200 m. Shops and fast-food restaurants within 1-2 minutes. The owner and Katya are very kind and helpful, with easy communication. Thank you for everything! Check-in and check-out were also easy. The beds are very comfortable. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed our holiday there!

Great apartment very close to center of Nice

Pros: Apartment was nice and clean with cute terrace for morning quiet coffee. The building itself is a eatrly 19th century building with old elevator and wooden office boxes. Beach is 4 minutes walk, so is tram, so is Carrefour and one delicious bakery

Wonderful stay in a beautiful city

Pros: The apartment has exceeded my expectations. I found it to be clean, lovely smell on towels and bed sheets. Lift is in the building. Katya has always been very helpful and polite. The location is perfect to get either to/from the airport or to the city centre and beyond! We mostly walked, as there are so many lovely shops and patisseries along the way or just the Promenade. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay again.

Cons: If the neighbours are noisy or have guests than it feels like they are with you in your apartment. Nothing that can be easily fixed though by the owner.
