Great, everything we needed.

Pros: The location to the beach. The property was on the ground floor easy to get into with luggage. Kitchen facilities and fridge size were great for preparing own meals.

Cons: Bathroom is very tight for 3 people sharing.

Pros: Has everything you need, waking distance to tram stop and beach. Quiet. And nice little outdoor patio space.

Cons: A little bit dark and could be more taken care of.

Exceptional stay

Pros: Perfectly located to explore Nice, and surrounding areas. Right next to the tram stop and bus stop and a 15 min walk to the train station. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. There were suermarkets, beach access and cafes close by. We would stay here again. It was great!
