Great location but communication could of been better

Pros: Brilliant location with a balcony that got the sun in the mornings.

Cons: Communication with the managing agents of the property was very poor, we were arriving out of the office hours (which we stated when booking) i messaged multiple times over the course of 2 weeks leading up to our stay and called booking.com 3 times to find out where we needed to pick keys up from or if someone was meeting us at the property but didn’t get a reply until the morning we were due to fly. More notice so we could plan our arrival would have been helpful.

MY stay was pleasant, apart from the weather.

Pros: The location was excellent, right in the centre of town and close to excellent restaurants.

Cons: The men in the office took my card number which they said they would only use if there was damage to the property. ..I was not happy with this. It has not happened in other rentals I have made.

Overall great location and a really nice apartment with a terasse

Pros: Perfect location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. And a short distance to old town.

Cons: The cleaning could have been better, and the keys for the apartment is in i a different location, but still close to the apartment.

Excellent location and apartment!! BUT poor communication with hosts left us feeling pestered.

Pros: The location is excellent and the apartment is well appointed with whatever you would need. The air conditioning was also nice in the middle of summer.

Cons: Communication with the hosts was not very satisfactory They messaged about setting up the security deposit, but I was messaged from 2 different numbers with different links, which did not make me comfortable. I eventually set it up using the link in the Booking.com messages with the host. The hosts then asked several different times the day before and the day of when we were arriving even though we had specified this in the original booking. Then on checkout day, the hosts messaged to ask if we had left at 9:15 am when checkout was stated as 10am. Unnecessary and rude. We felt pestered with the messages and felt as if we were being rushed out. This is why we will not stay there again.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты в хорошем месте, есть все необходимое, чисто, уютно, новая техника и свежий ремонт. бонусом большой балкон Рекомендую

Pros: location is amazing! can’t beat it for the price, will hopefully stay here again

Pros: Top Lage , das Apartment ist von seiner Größe perfekt ! Alles vorhandnen , sehr sehr sauber . wir kommen wieder !!!!!
