Pros: Tout est parfait, nous avons beaucoup aimé. Les quais, l'aéroport, les commerces, tout est à proximité.

Ottima soluzione se si ha l'auto. Servito comunque bene anche da servizi pubblici.

Pros: Cercavo un alloggio che avesse parcheggio per l'auto e questo è perfetto perchè il parcheggio è assegnato all'interno del cortile con cancello automatico e in pratica l'auto è sotto al balcone quindi visibile. Il fatto che l'appartamento è al sesto piano ti permette di vedere il mare anche se da lontano. Molto apprezzato il balcone con vista mare.

Cons: Peccato solo per la distanza (15min a piedi) alla fermata del treno. Avendo un piccolo con passeggino alla fine ci siamo mossi sempre in auto, lasciandola in parcheggio in centro Nizza. La vicinanza all'aereoporto può risultare rumoroso anche se a noi non ha dato particolare fastidio.

Logement agréable, propre, avec très belle vue.

Pros: Logement très agréable. Propre, bien équipé. Très belle vue sur mer et sur l’aéroport. Endroit calme.

Cons: L’ascenseur est tombé en panne le 2eme jour et cela a était un peu galère de monter les 6 étages .

Pros: Отличная ,просторная квартира для отдыха .Все есть ,до центра ездит автобус ,в пешей доступности трамвай и пляж

Cons: К сожалению слишком жарко ,кондиционера нет ,вентиляторы не спасают абсолютно .Это единственный минус ,который можно исправить если поставить кондиционер
