Great experience, truly enjoyed our stay in this property.

Pros: The property is very cozy, has everything we need. It is right at the beach front, and it is close to everything. It has the most amazing sea view from the balcony and the living room. Very friendly and accommodating hosts with a reasonable price. We truly enjoy our stay in this property.

Cons: The facilities are a bit old but we did not mind at all for such amazing location which offers everything.

Pros: The location and the easy contact with Anna, who was pleasant and helpful . The amazing view from balcony and lounge room the nice view from dining table .the security building and restaurant downstairs is worth a visit.

Cons: We were extremely disappointed that the smaller of the bedrooms had a shutter which was jammed and could not be rectified our entire stay, though Anna advised us they were coming to repair on the 3rd day of our 5 day stay and they did not come. This shutter covered the entire and only window in the room, it was like a cave!!!!! This bedroom actually had sea views, we would not recommend this accomodation . We paid for this accomodation expecting at least a view from this bedroom and everything to be in working order. The lack of sunlight was very oppressive for the couple in this room. The balcony could do with updated furniture - the egg chair takes up too much space , The side balconies were very dirty and had a clothes drying rack which could not be easily accessed due to the amount of items stacked out there …ladder. Old furniture etc

Lovely beachfront apartment

Pros: Fab location and comfy apartment. The management were brilliantly helpful.

Cons: It's a bit noisy on the balcony with traffic on the road outside but fine inside with the windows closed.

Amazing and spacious apartment with a stunning sea view

Pros: An amazing, quite spacious apartment with stunning sea view. It can easily fit 6 people with comfort. Well manged and people are always there to deal with your query and do their best to accommodate your requests especially Anna who was very helpful all the time. The flat is within a walking distance to the city centre and top attractions in Nice. We travelled as a family with friends and really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Too much stuff in the apartment and makes it crowded. You need to be watchful moving inside the place. Dinning table seats are not comfortable at all. I didn't like the rugs in the living room. The lift is tiny and can only fit one person.

Pros: Location is perfect , right on the promenade , view from the balcony fantastic. All attractions are within walking distance . Lots of nice restaurants near by . Apartment is well equipped , nice kitchen , living area , 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enough space for 6 persons . It looks exactly as on pictures . I was there in April with my 4 friends and we had incredible time . We will for sure book this apartment again when we come to Nice . Thank you so much !

Cons: Well just one small remark , we could not find wine opener ( not sure if there is one in the kitchen ) . It might be that we could not find it . :)

Pros: A comfortable apartment with a magnificent view of the sea. Living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washing machine, all amenities for a large family with children. All rooms have air conditioning and fast internet, this is important us. The apartment is cozy and homely.
