Wonderfully comfortable,great facilities and great home from home.

Pros: Such a comfortable bed, lovely shower a lot of storage and wonderful terrace. Great air conditioning in the bedroom which was very welcome and cooled the whole apartment. Very quiet bedroom.

Cons: Kitchen a little small.

Wunderschönes Apartment über den Dächern von Nizza

Pros: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr günstig gelegenem Apartement sehr genossen. Hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Strand, die Terrasse, die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Pros: Localisation, calme, nombreux services autour, vue partielle sur la mer

Cons: Manque de chauffage d’appoint dans le salon, manque de lingerie, serviettes et autres pour un séjour de plus d’une semaine,autant pour la salle de bain que dans la cuisine

Gute Ausgangslage, um Nizza und die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden

Pros: Lage der Wohnung gut, nah am Meer. Wohnung gut geschnitten, sauber, gutes Bad mit geräumiger Dusche. Bett bequem. Tolle Dachterrasse.

Cons: Schlüsselabholung nach einer strapaziösen Anreise mit dem Auto mühselig- Straßen eng und vollgeparkt, halten vor dem Nestor & Jeeves Gebäude nicht möglich, genauso wenig wie vor dem Gebäudekomplex der Ferienwohnung. Zugang zu Gebäude trotz Erläuterung schwierig, andere Bewohner kamen uns zu Hilfe. Parken in einer fußläufig erreichbaren etwas unheimlichen Tiefgarage, das Garagentor ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen. Sehr hellhörig, besonders im Schlafzimmer, wenn jemand sich auf dem Balkon nebenan unterhält. Fenster nicht dicht.
