Pros: Great place in the historical centre of Nice. Very nice apartment with the exception view. We were there for the second time and will stay there again.

Pros: The location is super, it's in the old town but in a quiter street. The host is very nice and helpful. The furniture is new and nice. The flat is clean and very well equipped.

Cons: The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable but for a few days it's okay.

Pros: Very nicely renovated appartment w well functioning quiet aircon. Perfect location 2 mins from Cour Salaya - in relatively quiet street. Very easy check in. We were 4 - fold out bed not the most comfortable, but bed in bedroom perfect A rare price/value ratio! Will definitely come back

Delightful Few Days

Pros: The location in the centre of Old Nice is a perfect place for an apartment. Two minutes from the flower market, and sea front. There are lots of choices from cafes and restaurants. Our perfect host, Sébastien, welcomed us with a bottle of wine, showing us around the apartment. The bathroom was clean, a lovely shower, and the kitchen was also very well equipped. I would recommend it.

Perfect location for a week in Nice.

Pros: Great value for the money. Excellent location. Clean and spacious. Host welcomed us with a bottle of white wine.

Cons: No elevator even though it is on the 3rd floor.

Nice apartment in Nice

Pros: The location was great. The welcome goody bag was a nice surprise. The keys are and codes to get in. Not having to give a €500 cash damages deposit as stated on the Booking.com website

Cons: Some of the decor (kitchen floor) bathroom was tired. No teatowel or area to dry dishes. Nowhere to sit when wet. More pegs to hang washing would be useful

Cons: The street was very noisy at night time which was a shame other than that was a great stay and right in old town

Pros: Хорошие апартаменты в центре старого города. До набережной 3 минуты. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе. Есть продуктовые магазины. Достаточно уютно. Несмотря на туристическое место, при закрытых окнах -тишина. В студии есть все необходимое: стиральная, посудомоечная машина, кухня с плитой и микроволновкой, кофе машина.
