Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone — wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu we dwoje. Klimatyczny, stary budynek. Sprawny i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny oraz stabilne Wi-Fi.

Cons: Okresowo wyczuwalne zapachy z łazienki, gdy ktoś korzysta z instalacji na niższych piętrach. Ze względu na lokalizację w centrum starego miasta w nocy bywa głośno (imprezy, brak dźwiękoszczelnych okien). Światło w kuchni mruga, co może być uciążliwe dla osób wrażliwych na takie bodźce.
