A jewel in Nice old town.

Pros: Everything! Especially the location and design of the apartment. Great for couples and a family of 4.

Cons: The bed and sofa are not very comfortable. A new mattress is highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment and great location.

Pros: We loved this apartment. Great location, beautiful views, comfortable and all amenities you need. Very luminous and super clean. Sébastien was very helpful and available at all times, we were able to check in 1 hour early at 4pm.

Cons: This comment it’s not against the property but late checkin are not ideal.

The location surpassed our expectations.

Pros: The location was amazing. In the beautiful old town but very close to the Promenade des Anglais. Many restaurants outside the door. It was a 4th floor walk up. We were happy with this but it wouldn’t suit everyone. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Pros: Posizione, ambiente, comodità, luce. Comodo il bagno anche se piccolo e buona doccia.

Cons: Nel Vieux Nice quarto piano senza ascensore può capitare; diciamo che per persone con problemi di età e/o deambulazione non va tanto bene. Frigo da sbrinare, una lampadina da cambiare nelle scale. Piccoli dettagli facili da risolvere

Pros: Sijainti erinomainen vanhan kaupungin keskustassa. Palvelu loistavaa ja asunto kaikin puolin siisti.

Cons: Huonekalut ei kovin laadukkaita, erityisesti sohva rikki (se kyllä luvattiin vaihtaa palautteemme vuoksi) ja sängyt keskinkertaiset. Pyyhkeitä todella niukasti (yksi käsipyyhe neljälle viikoksi).
